Told me to get the parts but never checked with them to see if they had the parts. It was a nightmare. Broke his word several times. I had to chase him down because he wouldn't return the calls when he said he would. At the time we couldn't find anyone else to fix it, so he was going to over charge me $500, even after sending me on a wild goose chase for parts.. He couldn't help me at all. He Charge me a bogus fee and delayed the repair of the trailer with his maneuvering. Finally got someone to help me that was honest and true to his word,

This company is one of the most shady companies we have ever worked with…read more They showed up to our truck for a repair, while the mechanic was working on our truck he stopped working on our truck and went to work on another truck. All the while this company was charging us for our repair. Our driver took pictures to show that the mechanic was double dipping and still on the clock for us. When we tried to tell the dispatch he was rude and cursing at our dispatch manager. Then after we paid them they blocked our truck from leaving and the mechanic lied to his boss and told him it didn't happen. When we sent pictures to prove it. They over charged us and on top of it held our driver at bay even after they were paid. Stay away from these people. They are not there to help. They are there to rob you of your money and take up and waste your time. Michael Most Trucking Inc.

We put a Donut on the car and went out to the shop. Somebody came super quick which was awesome and then they charged us $165! $65 to patch a tire and $100 to mount it back in. They didn't tell us that before mounting it on. And wanted it cash. We all had to throw our money together to be able to pay it and he told my husband that I misunderstood which I didn't and then made the snide remark that it is after hours that's why it cost so much. If we would have known that, we would have mounted the tire back on ourselves. He was lying and knew it.

It felt like a tire issue, but tire pressure was good and everything looked fine with the car and the trailer. However, on the road we were getting horrible shaking. In desperation, we went 20 miles off our path to get to Balmorhea for a 24 hour repair shop. We limp the car there only to find that it's closed. We search frantically and my girlfriend finds Balmorhea Towing and Tires on some website. It took us a few minutes to find because they don't have an office, it's just a lot with a couple trailers, but we found someone to help us. I think his name was Jeff. He and Markus (*sp) we super helpful, figured out which tire was giving us trouble and put on the spare. They were able to diagnose that the problem was a quickly collapsing sidewall. They gave us instructions on speed and where to take it next and how far we could make it on the donut. My girlfriend and I are both transgender and being in the middle of nowhere in Texas, let's just say we weren't expecting any red carpets. But these guys were so kind, patient, and courteous to us both. I felt like I was at one of my home shops. This was in the middle of one of the worst travel days I've had and was such a bright spot and a saving grace. We really appreciate these folks!

This was great considering he was far away but he wanted to make sure we were safe and not on the side of the road to long. Next was the 7 Hour Drive we got to know him pretty good. really mellow nice guy overall super pleased very blessed and thankful that we got him for a tow truck driver. we got the RV to our house in Moody and he was able to get it right into our driveway even though it was a tight tight spot very skilled driver and I really liked how safe and cautious he was with hooking up the rig. highly suggested thanks again Harvey
