She had a cheek to try and charge me for a toner to be put on which I refused as didn't want her doing anything else to my frazzled hair! I was devastated and she refused to refund me even though the nail technician and another customer said it was terrible. The girl (forgot her name) only rents a chair there and I must add that the rest of the staff were lovely but please rethink getting your hair done here x
