I hired From the Ground Up Landscaping to remove sod from a side yard and replace it with stones…read moreand pavers and to replace dead sod in areas of the front yard. Also to remove a ligustrum bush and to plant 5 snowbushes on the easement. Dan rescheduled the start of the job a couple of times. No big deal. On the day he started, a Friday, he broke a couple of sprinkler heads. Mind you, the sprinkler heads that were to water the new bushes and sod on the easement. He said he would come back Saturday to fix them. He called Saturday morning to say he was stuck in traffic in Lake Nonna and would be back on Monday to fix them. He showed up Tuesday. On Tuesday he broke my entire sprinkler system.. Nothing would turn on. He said he did not know how to fix it and I should call a sprinkler company. I did. I had them fixed and he came out on a Wednesday to lay the stones and the pavers. He worked very hard all day. I need to mention here that I have an oak tree that is lit up every night at 8:30 to honor my son who has passed away. He cut the wire to the tree. Again, he didn't know how to fix it so I called my electrician in. This was a 7500 job. Then I had to pay my electrician and my sprinkler guy on top of that, for things Dan broke but refused to take responsibilty for. Accidents happen. I understand. But Dan's response is unprofessional at best. I have worked with this company before and I can say Marc is a professional. I cannot say the same for Dan.

A Cut Above Tree and Landscaping is definitely a " cut above" any company that I have ever used for…read moretree trimming and overall cut back of my landscaping over the years. The crew had a " certified arborist" who serves as the crew leader. Andrew over saw the trimming of the large oak in the front of the home as well the major cut back of the overgrowth along the fence line which extended over the pool enclosure. The crew exceeded expectations in all areas which is greatly appreciated. Due diligence was demonstrated to make sure the job was executed well. Every effort was made to protect the screen enclosure from any damage. Greatly appreciated!! Thank you for a A+ effort for a job well done. A special thank you to Krista, the office manager for her excellent communication with me throughout the whole project. You can't go wrong with A Cut Above Tree and Landscaping Company. I will be sticking with this hard working crew! The knowledge I was provided, the extra mile they showed at every step of the way, the respect theu had for our property as if it was their own, doing what was asked and then some to make sure the job is done right the first time around! I'm beyond impressed. If your considering hiring for any job big or small they treat you like you are their top priority! Dropping off mulch or taking down giant beastly trees and stumps each job is done exceptionally well. And the value for the work they provide is extremely reasonable! The clean up was meticulously done. NOT the typical cut and run team. After this experience with A Cut Above I REFUSE to hire mediocre again! Lol THEY LIVE UP TO THEIR NAME TRUST ME!
