Worst dealing I have ever dealt with to send a package. I bought two UPS shipping labels costing…read morealmost 70 dollars one package made it the return was lost. I filed a claim but by them putting themselves as the sender I could not provide the information needed to get my claim completed. I called more than once asking what can be done and was told it's nothing that can be done about it. So now I am out of money for that and it will cost more money because I can't return the phone. i was told I didn't put insurname on the package but in the same breath told that he can fill out the paperwork that UPS sent but it will be blank because he don't know what was in the package. Had I been put as the sender the correct way I could have filed everything myself. I won't be dealing with them anymore.

The gentleman who assisted us used the 8 x 11 Manila envelope we brought, placing the UPS label on it. We had apprehensions and asked if he could mark through our address. He stated it would not be a problem. We checked the package status later that evening and again Thursday, status showed " label created ". Surprisingly the letter arrived in our mail box today! My wife quickly removed the contents and sent the documents by way of USPS Priority mail. I returned to The Postal Shoppe, (Natchez) with envelope and receipt, requesting a refund. He refused, stating " he was the owner and pointed to a no refund notice ". We did NOT receive service requested and purchased, nor will we meet the deadline. To this establishment it was of no significance, for us we may lose a real estate deal costing us thousands of dollar. Current package status: label created! In the future we'll do our own legwork. Beware, don't trust them.

Great vibes all around, top quality craftsmanship! My go-to for beautiful printed things…read more I designed business cards for myself and for my boyfriend's company. On both projects, Ryan worked with us to ensure the best printing quality for the cards. He even tested out a plate and sent photos to check that the design would translate without problems since my design was a bit tricky/complex. You can tell he cares about getting things right. As another reviewer said, Ryan is incredibly nice, helpful, and responsive - just great vibes. Receiving the cards felt like Christmas. The packaging touches were lovely, and I appreciated updates regarding the package tracking. These cards are true keep-sakes. Since receiving the finished cards, I feel much more qualified and proud to hand them out and call myself a visual designer. People are entranced by the tactile quality and craftsmanship when we hand them out. I'm not exaggerating when I say my boyfriend's cards are the most beautiful business cards I've ever encountered. Much love!

Five stars for Rise and Shine press for outstanding customer service!…read more I'd been searching unsuccessfully for a letterpress studio that would print affordable, custom business cards in small quantities as a gift to a friend on the job hunt, and was about to give up when I heard about Rise and Shine from a friend of mine taking a printmaking class with Marisha Simons at UArts in Philly. I perused their website, loved their designs, loved that they are environmentally friendly, and saw that they offer a special for 100 custom-designed business cards for $97, which is by far the best deal I've found anywhere. I didn't see an area to order gift cards on their website, but thought I'd try my luck, so I emailed in my inquiry and I received a response from Ryan within the hour saying, "That never occurred to me, but I think it's a great idea!" Awesome. He took time to explain to me what considerations were important when creating a design for letterpress, and when I asked if I would be receiving an actual card to present to my friend, he responded, "At your suggestion, we have begun working on a gift certificate design." For me?? Gee, thanks! He emailed me to let me know when the gift card was printed and provided me with tracking info. I just received it in the mail the other day, and it's super cute, which is a good indication that the business cards are also going to look great. I can't wait to surprise my friend with it! Working with Rise and Shine couldn't have been more pleasant and easy, I'll definitely order from them again.
