What I discovered was missing was the knowledge and the education around how I could have a deeper relationship with myself. Sounds a little cliche right but the truth is, I didn't know how to love me. Growing up in an environment where I had to take care of other peoples needs before my own, no one really taught me that I had myself to take care of too. Coaching and the Coaching Institute helped me re-parent myself. They taught me the manual to my mind, they taught me about my emotions and as a result of bringing unconscious patters of destruction to my conscious awareness, I have no gained more choices and deep sense of strength that I didn't even know could be cultivated within me. The trainers are all so warm, caring and meet me where I am at with no judgement. I've never found a school or tribe who gave so much love and chocolate away and for once in my life I finally feel like I belong and I am home. Thank you TCI for all that you do and helping me deepen my connection with life, with myself and the people I love. I will be forever grateful for the changes I have witnessed within me and I have you to thank you it. We have one life and no one really knows what will happen when we leave this planet so we better make the most of what we have, take responsibility for ourselves and make sure we leave the world a better place when we go. You know you've failed when your dog steals the bread only to return it once he tastes it. So it's lovely that there is a specialist baking shop that can help. There are classes available, a large range of specialty mixes and flours, advice, appliances, cake decorations, gizmos and whatsits galore. And at the end of it you have bread - now with pride at being self-sufficient.
