To clear up some confusion I had; They do both taxes and computer repair. They have a cpa that does taxes and the other guy that repairs computers and does networking. read more

Amy Gilley was very helpful and friendly, would use her again. I love jackson Hewitt.read more

Worst experience ever with filing my fiances taxes! I have always filed them for him but decided…read morewe would try out Jackson Hewitt this year and boy was that a MISTAKE! The office had only one worker in it but she acted as if there was a line out the door yet we were the only ones in there. She did find more tax breaks than we could but then wanted to charge over $500 for the preparing. She saw my face and quickly said they could give us a discount of $200. Although we were not completely satisfied with that my fiance relented and signed all the necessary paperwork. We believed everything was fine we did not bother to read anything after it was put into his folder. It wasn't until we received his check that we found out that they did NOT in fact give the discount. After calling the manager and demanding to speak with the owner about this experience neither gave any apology but said we had signed and agreed to the amount. What a bunch of CROOKS! DO NOT GET YOUR TAXES DONE HERE!!! EVER!!!!

She also would not take some of our receipts to file on our taxes which in turn made us having to wind up paying instead of getting a refund on our state tax, she was unprofessional and it was an overall bad experience we definitely will not be going back to Jackson Hewitt ever again.

If it doesn't work your money is refunded to you. On a weirder segway, my home insurance and car insurance went down and on top of that my coverages improved. Just give him a call, him and Julie and his office are laid back but precise and then of course State Farm is an A+ company so anyways it's all good across the board.

This is for the entire Midsouth Bank system. I was able to start our business because of the help…read morethat I got from Midsouth. I have been banking with them for 27 years and would not consider any other Bank in Dothan. They have always done just what they say they will do. When my sons got old enough, they began banking there also. They have been a valued financial resource that have helped me in more ways than I can count. I have recommended them to several friends and business associates. They have ALL come back and thanked me. In a world of bigger is better and too much is just right, they remain the solid, steady local bank that can take care of your financial needs. I would not be where I am today without the advice and assistance of Midsouth Bank.

I have banked with Midsouth for 4 years. I deposited a check that was for $6,000. I explained at…read morethe time of the deposit that I needed the mo ur available for my sons surgery that was in a few days. They told me that the check would be placed on hold as a formality due to the total but would he available on Friday. (Deposit that Wednesday). I went to the bank to ask for a status after the customer service supervisor was unprofessional and rude and was told that the funds wouldn't be available until next Saturday. The reason was because that needed to call and speak to a representative at Bank of America where the check was written. I will be closing my account t with midsouth and will never recommend anyone banking there fir the rest of their existence. I have had some issues in the past with banks but this tops them all. Especially in the age we are in where electronics transfers and deposits only take 2-3 days to clear both sides, they are holding this check just in spite. They will be getting a 0star out of 5. Never again will I ever Bank with Midsouth.
