I have trusted Emory Johns Creek multiple times with imaging, and they continue to fail me. One time, the technician failed to take my allergy to contrast seriously. It was quite unfortunate seeing my clear bad reaction shrugged off, rather than... I don't know, following proper procedure and getting a doctor to evalute me? Most recently, the highly incompetent staff provided me an inaccurate estimate for my pre-payment amount. I am currently owed $125 by Emory and they have not provided this refund in a timely fashion. If you have to have anything done at Emory Johns Creek, please be careful with pre-paying. I know I personally will never pre-pay for another procedure within the Emory medical system after this nightmare of trying to obtain a refund of cash I am clearly owed.

I went today with a 10am appointment and wasn't called until 11:35. That hurt! There's a self checkin kiosk once you get there. Before you do that it would behoove all concern to register on the link they text you before your appointment. If not, you're going to be holding up that kiosk for a while. It's much more simple to register and give all of your info online before you get there. It seemed like everyone that was coming in after me was being called ahead of me. However I was doing a stress test that day which I had to get on a treadmill to get my heart rate up so they could monitor me. Which everything came out good. I also had to consider that some people were coming back for an evaluation, recheck, or whatever the case. The doctors that were supposed to help me was short staffed, they only had 2 there today. If it wasn't for my wait time, I would have easily given them a 5.

This office is nice, easy parking and staff very pleasant. I enjoy coming to this office.read more
