I am doing so because anyone who has a car accident in SC needs to know about this law firm, specifically Atty Robert Usry. We are from PA, and involved in a car accident in SC. Aside from our injuries, we knew it was going to be a mess with two different states, different laws. I found Holland and Usry in Spartanburg SC, and called. We spoke with Atty Usry, I explained our situation, went through the paperwork and he began reviewing our case; they took all the burden off of us when it came to dealing with insurance, and medical bills, records, they did everything. After our injuries were healed and we were done treating he contacted the at fault drivers' insurance company for compensation of our injuries, of course they fought him; but he was determined, they ended up seeing it his way and settled with us. My injuries were more severe than my husbands, therefore we had to go after our underinsured, as my medical bills were more than my policy limit and my health insurance company wanted their money back. My insurance company fought with him even more than the at fault drivers' insurance. I felt like my own insurance company turned against me. I gave up, but he did not! I knew most of it would be going back to my health insurance company, but again this man is a brilliant attorney, he requested a copy of our health insurance handbook, which contained a lot of pages; he read it from front to back looking for something, and low and behold, he found a loophole, sent it to them, they gave up the fight. It saved me from having to pay back my health insurance company thousands and thousands of dollars. I was so impressed with that, and the way he deals with the insurance companies; he knows what he is going. I suffered a concussion, which brought back some PTSD from 20 years ago, I became depressed, angry, impatient, you name it I felt it. Due to that anger and depression, I was emailing them almost every day, to my surprise I always got an email, or a phone call from either Atty Usry, or his paralegal. In hindsight, I would have to say I was probably their most difficult client, but they made me feel like I was their ONLY client. I can never begin to thank them enough for helping me through such a terrible time in my life. Atty Usry, and his staff are so very kind, and compassionate. I was waiting for a bill for every phone call, every email, but that is not how he works. He truly cares about his clients, and their injuries, their wellbeing. When he would call or email, he always referred to himself as Rob, I always addressed him as Atty Usry because I have the utmost respect for him. He looked at us like people, not dollar signs, he treated us with respect, and compassion. He helped us in more ways than we could have ever expected, he got justice for us both, and made us whole again. During this whole nightmare we also gained a friend. Thank you Rob!
