"And when you call your boss, remind him that I still have not signed the contract to do this work. xxxxxx (the salesman) was supposed to come by yesterday to have me sign it." I said. So problem number one: the salesperson did not follow my scheduling requests, problem two: when they arrived they climbed over the gate and trespassed on my property and even unlocked another gate to go down to my dock, and left the both gates wide open. problem three: They were prepared to do the work when there was no signed contract.
