Austin Bank's digital banking experience is one of the worst I've encountered. Their online banking…read moresystem feels years behind the competition, and the mobile app is practically useless. Beyond displaying transactions, it provides very little value and certainly doesn't justify the space it takes up on my phone. Need old statements? Tax documents? Account records? Good luck. The system offers minimal access to the information customers actually need. To make matters worse, customer service sends you in circles. I spent far too much time being redirected from one person to another, only to be told that I would need to drive to one of their few physical locations for assistance. In an era when most banks can handle these requests online or over the phone, Austin Bank's approach feels outdated and inconvenient. I would not recommend Austin Bank to anyone who values modern, accessible banking services.

I asked about OD protection, they don't have it and recommend turning your card off as soon as you don't have money. Before I can get my next check I get hit with $67. In NSF charges.

Our tax lady fooled us. We thought she was kind of weird by wearing these robot looking glasses but…read morewhat I just found out is that she is actually blind. She seen her with her husband or boyfriend maybe he is her care giver for all we know with her white cane & she couldn't see us when we said something that way. She is super slow at her job which now we know is because she is blind but a very sweat lady. I sure hope she does returns right since she can't see because it was busy when we were there. Shame on you H&R Block for blind siding your customers and shame on you lady in Bullard office for not telling us you were disabled because we would have went somewhere else. Yes blind is disabled & has no business doing something as important as my taxes.
