The food was decent and the experience itself was enjoyable, which is why I recently considered supporting the business again. Unfortunately, a recent interaction with Peggy, the office manager, completely changed my perception. I reached out professionally--twice, for two separate businesses--and received dismissive and unnecessarily rude responses. As a fellow business owner, I understand receiving unsolicited emails, but there is a respectful way to decline interest without being condescending. Customer service and professionalism matter just as much after the event as they do during it. Based on this experience, I no longer feel comfortable supporting or recommending this business moving forward.

I gather in the long run it is a less expensive manner of providing a public theatre. It had been a few years since I attended an event here. I came recently to see Laura Ingraham. Everything was comfortable: the seat, lighting, and audio. There were plenty of police present. Bathrooms were clean. It was an easy event to arrive at and leave from. We called the theater Wednesday morning, hoping to either receive a refund or tickets to another day/show. We recieved no return phone call. We even stopped in the theater on Thursday evening to try to speak with someone (while they had a show going on) and there was no one at the front desk or anywhere for the matter. Finally got a call the following week with the option to see a show THAT NIGHT.... mind you we both work full time.... because that was the "only option"... we had to pass. My daughter has been dancing at this studio for the past nine years, and absolutely loves it! What…read moresets this studio apart is the productions they do each year, in addition to the recitals and competitions. My daughter was taking lessons for a few years before performing in their Cinderella production at the age of 7. My daughter was able to see how her lessons came together in an actual show, and the older girls performing with her really supported her. In addition, I have seen not only the teachers, but the older company girls really support, guide and mentor the younger generation of dancers. In my opinion, this comradery is something that can not be found everywhere. The studio has become a second home to my daughter, and the faculty there continue to nurture and support my daughter's love of dance.
