I was told that they would be happy to take out some unwanted trees and would come out for an estimate that weekend. I sent my address and husband's phone number for contact. On Friday I sent a confirmation text to see what time they would be out and received no response. They never showed up or even called. Over the next few weeks, I tried to contact them via both phone and text messaging and could not get a response. Finally I got a response for a next day estimate. I waited A WHOLE DAY for them to show up/call/text. That morning I didn't hear from them and messaged; I was told after lunch. I waited until 5pm to contact them. I finally got a call at 6:30 after I had again called and texted finally conveying that I wasn't interested in their service. He showed up, did the estimate, and said he would have the trees removed the next day. This estimate was 5 days ago. I still have trees standing, and have not heard a word from South Georgia Tree Service. During the entire 2 weeks, never once did they initiate a call/text, and rarely responded to my contact efforts. I was not harassing them, and I gave ample amounts of time in between my contact efforts. They obviously do not need anyone's business, otherwise they might think about adjusting their attitudes and business etiquette. read more
