First thing I want to say is if I could have rated this a negative 1 star, I would have. South Concho Mobile Home Park is not a suitable community for your for your family. We have lived there for a year and have had nothing but harassment. The manager, Donna, is very unprofessional as a manager and does not enforce the rules equally. She discusses private financial matters with other tenants. She hangs up on someone who asks questions about rules of the community. After months of dealing with multiple issues we've moved out of the RV portion of the park. The owner is not committed to making the park decent. He doesn't pay his utilities on time, resulting in power and water outages. Water lines are constantly breaking due to poor installation making residences go hours with no water. Maintenance is not done on the property in a timely manner. Roads are full of pot holes, debris and trash are just left on the sides of the road, there's no standards for types of RV's or mobile homes that are moved in making it look trashy and run down. The grounds are rarely mowed and the only time it does get done is when the owner finally spends a buck to get the mower fixed. I would not recommend anyone staying at this park. The owner is cheap and never around to fix anything! read more
