I could say that the customer service is awful and the manager doesn't care about anything but making money and all of that would be true, but truthfully the worst thing about this store is the fact that it sells junk products.
On 3 different occasions the blank CDs I bought from this store were poor quality and did not work and I NEVER got a refund, despite being sold a product that does not work. I went here out of convenience and 2 times the CDs I bought were ok. 2/5 is a failing grade.
Do not give these people your money, take the time to go to a better electronics store because I would go as far as saying these people are scammers who knowingly sell poor quality products. The most recent time I purchased CDs the salesperson told me it was a final sale, despite the CDs not even being on sale. Why would he say that? Because he knows the CDs are crap.
I would bet my life's savings that all the 5 star reviews are phony reviews at the request of the phony manager. Lastly, the last time I bought CDs from this place the salesperson immediately tried to sell me a phone plan as I was checking out. That should tell you what kind of business this place is.
