When I say that I waited to long to find a local servicer for my 4Control equipment I did. I feared because it was under another provider that I could not reach no one would be able to service it. I had the best and most efficient installer/trouble shooter. His name was Randy. Randy first and foremost was immediately respectful of my home as he took his shoes off by the front door. His knowledge of the system was better than the original installers. He had assessed the issues in under 10 minutes and had it up and running within the hour. SoundCheck has been very professional and courteous, very helpful with updates to our smart home system. We added controlled lights, music and sound bars, speakers in ceiling, garage door open/close via our phone, home WiFi, alarm system, plus more ---and now we are adding outdoor perimeter cameras.
