The lead technician, Gilbert, and the coordinator/manager Carmen were both incredibly helpful and from the moment I met Gilbert, I got the impression that he would be a great guy to know down in Miami. Everything we needed or asked about he had - this included 60' plasma screens, 50' plasma screens, DVD players, stands... It was a delight to work with people so flexible, so knowledgeable in their trade, and with such great attitudes and professionalism. I highly recommend this vendor if you need audio/visual stuff.
