The hours are consistent too which is especially helpful since the pandemic. They freely (yes, it's free) take in glass, some plastics, cardboard, newspaper, office paper, old books of variable edition and there's a drop off for old clothes and its all organized based upon the number in the little recycling symbol on whatever container you're bringing to the center to recycle. While the center is minimally staffed, It's up to you to to do your own sorting as this is very important for the primary purpose. Anyone that has ever wanted to recycle knows how labeling can become confusing. The labeling on all of the bins in the arena you walk into are clearly marked by a numerical in the recycling symbol from 1-7. It's up to you to do your own sorting and read them. It's not difficult, but if this can be for you, perhaps go with someone who can help you. There are always people coming and going here to drop off items at all hours given the weekday. It's nice to see everyone working together and time and time again, the only inconvenience is how much waste I could have been curtailing down on sooner.

So I asked to be credited for the 2 weeks it wasn't picked up. Nope can't do that because we drove by there on the scheduled days. Huh you knew it was suspended and weren't going to pick it up but you drove by there so you could charge me. I have been a customer for over 15 years until today. BYE BYE Waste Management.

Team Green has decided to stop collecting garbage in the town of Plymouth, PA as a result of…read moreincreased costs. They were our towns most reliable trash service and will be missed. I understand the problems that increased costs are causing many businesses, but don't agree with the way they decided to end service to our town. We pay per bag using trash stickers that are sold at various retailers in town. The sticker price was raised to $3 at the beginning of 2022 to offset increased costs. During the first week of March they went around and collected all of the unsold stickers at the retailers in town, and left a note saying they will discontinue service at the end of March. Many of us in town buy a bunch of stickers at once because their availability is often sporadic at best. I called about a refund for any unused stickers once they discontinue service to our town, and they said that they are NOT issuing any refunds. The rude woman on the phone even went so far as to blame ME for buying more than I needed, and that it wasn't THEIR fault that they decided to stop serving Plymouth with only a few weeks notice!
