Very friendly and they always know my name when I only come in once a month. I like this clinic because it always in and out quickly. I don't have to wait long to get checked up. They also take Medi-Cal too so that's a very big plus. It's hard to find a really good clinic and good doctor that takes Medi-Cal so I am very grateful to Omni Family Health at this location. The place is very clean. Big parking lot. The lobby has a lot of spacious with chairs. Besides that I love this clinic and I don't mind driving 30 mins for my appointment because I enjoy the ride and I know I'll go there happy and leave the clinic happy.

Had an appointment for my child for his covid test and I've been the only car parked outside,…read morewaiting for them to come out and take his test. 30 mins waiting and still nothing... horrible f***** place!!! Called the call center on why there was a wait, call center had the audacity to say it was barely 1:20 only and my appointment is at 1:30. Apparantly they'll send someone out because the person who was taking the test isn't there at the time. Waited until 15 mins, by now it's 1:45 and I had called the call center again. Finally someone came out. Apparantly she stated I am parking in the wrong stall. YET, my car was in front of both offices front door and either one of them came out. I was finally about to leave at 2. Keep in mind, I've been in the parking lot since 1:10pm!! So much for them waiting you to arrive 15 mins early, yet I made sure to be early because I did not want to run into this issue and they couldn't even get me taken care of in time for being the only vehicle!!!!

My insulin pumps sometimes clog or leak or I have to wait for them to arrive in shipping and I'm OUT. You'd think I'd have Lantus as a back up. You'd be wrong, she denied me insulin. A classless disrespectful joke. But hey she made sure to ask if I wanted a flu shot. The staff is nice and I enjoy talking with them and them only. Zaheen is incompetent and clearly knows more about how type 1 diabetes works than I do. (I have type 1!) And on top of that when I went and found out I had diabetes she checked my sugar (well into the 700s) and she just sent me home. No push for the hospital nothing. Just handed me a pen with no explanation. My blood sugar come down was so bad I was in a hospital bed for 5 DAYS. malpractice would be an understatement.
