Sorelle Gallery is a fine art gallery and art advisory firm that represents over 40 emerging and established artists from around the world. Specializing in original fine art as well as fine art prints, it is Sorelle's mission to assist clients in finding artwork they love for their spaces. Through Sorelle's art advisory services, we are able to advise on each client's individual space either in-person or through digital superimposing onto an image. While provide a customized experience for each client, all of our artwork is also available for purchase on our website. All fine art prints ship directly to the client, and national and international shipping is available for original artwork as well. History
Established in 2008.
In 2008, motivated by her love of both fine art and technology, owner Sandy Pelletier opened Sorelle Gallery, a tech-forward gallery committed to client service, fine art education, and collection diversity. In deciding on a name, she asked her Italian mother for help and she said, "Strega! Because we have good magic." When Sandy explained this name might scare people away ('strega' is Italian for 'witch'), she rolled her eyes and threw up her hands. "How about 'sisters?'" she asked. Her mom said, smiling, "Ah, for sister, 'Sorella' and for more than one, 'Sorelle.'"
So Sorelle Gallery was born - a woman owned business, managed by a team of women that worked hard, but had fun working. A place that supports artists in building their own brands, and helps clients to curate their own spaces so they feel good wherever they are, invest confidently, and buy what they love.
Meet the Business Owner: Sandra P.
Sandra Pelletier has earned degrees in Education and Fine Art, and has worked in the sales and art industries for over 30 years. After opening the first Sorelle locations in Saratoga Springs and Albany, New York, Sandy later expanded Sorelle into Connecticut, moving the storefront to Westport in 2020. A lifelong fan of both art and technology, she sought to combine the two at Sorelle; she aims to create a space for artists to flourish, and for clients to find art they love and enhance their spaces.
