Chips Ahoy, pretzels and chips etc.... Then when we got up to the hot tub you are given a bottle of "supposed to be " chilled champagne. The last two times they champagne varied from tepid to hot! The champagne contained ZERO ice! A kids snack pack snack and hot champagne does not a luxury experience make!

After a week calling and trying to make an appointment for a simple and quick hair cut, I decided to walk in trusting what was on the sign. I was not welcome and was told that everybody was booked for the day and I should come back another day to see if other stylists would be available. So, stop by everyday to see if you have any luck! This should not be the way a business operates, and they are misguiding.
