Went in with a friend to get a tattoo for a special they had going on. Was put in a list and told they would reach out to us when it was out turn. Hours went by and we never got a call, so we called them instead. We were then told they would call us back in five minutes and they never called us back. The place is super clean. They whole staff were professional. The atmosphere was nice. The aftercare instructions are great. The place itself is very clean and professional. I would definitely go back here if I decided to get another tattoo. This place is beautiful, I love the style.
