    I paid $597 for a weighloss plan and met with a telemed "healthcare" professional. Right…read moreafterwards, I was informed that I needed to pay an additional $399 per month. This was never disclosed nor was it advertised. This is deceptive advertising. I immediately requested a refund. Customer support claims to have refunded (partially) but to a different credit card number than what I used to pay the $597. They claim that they've refunded and that's all they will do on their part. All they say is call your credit card company. I did and they don't see any refund coming through. So I am out $597. Addendum It took me lodging complaints on Trust Pilot, BBB and on their Facebook posts, but they finally refunded the full amount. So I'll increase my rating by one more star, but it took a lot on my part to see this through.

They are…read morerefusing to give me a partial refund for the 6 month membership fee (full fee is $597) that was charged on March 29th. They forced me to have 2 "doctor" appointments to resolve what was their issue (wanting to send me tirzepatide which I have never been on and did not consent to) and they are trying to use that to justify not giving me a partial refund. Additionally, I canceled on May 1st and received email confirmation of the cancellation and that "once the partial refund is processed, your account will be automatically terminated, and access will end immediately." I contacted them again this morning and they told me that my medication shipped. They have a Membership Satisfaction guarantee and I am not satisfied. 1. They had me confused with another patient and called me Ana 2. They were going to ship medication (tirzepatide) that I have never been on 3. They asked me for blood work that had already been submitted in September that is good for a year that should have been part of my medical record 4. They said there was an issue with payment for my meds - American Express told me that there are no declined charges 5. They made me have 2 unnecessary doc appointments and neither of them knew what was going on 6. They are supposed to to be supervising my medical care yet they don't even know who I am or what medication I am on so this is a medical liability and I no longer have confidence in this company 7. They told me that they would update me within 48-72 hours and they have not
