I called to make an appointment for a set of mink lashes they lady was being so nice but once I mentioned that I had purchase it from Groupon z totally changed and ask me multiple times in a rude what what do I wanted then she told me she was book to call on the next week, a week past I called last week on Friday to set the appointment for this week , they did answered but said to call in two weeks since the person who does the lashes is on vacations and keep hiding, why is this place putting offers on group if they are not going to gave us an appointment and on top of that get mad with customer for using gropon I was so excited since I had read really good reviews but this place sucks and if see doesn't want to book appointments for customer who use groups please do not put anything and stop giving people attitude or hiding not professional at all. read more

So I i purchased the Groupon through yelp, and called to set my appointment with Zee. Once she found out I purchased the Groupon her attitude completely changed about scheduling my appointment. She told me she would contact me and let me know when she's available. I texted her 5 times and she replied not once! I contacted Groupon to refund my money, no way was I going to let her keep my money. This was not professional at all. She shouldn't be on Groupon if she's going to treat those customers second to others. I could've been a continuous customer and possibly refer others but this business was lost. read more

No rating deserved at this place. I traveled way across town to get an simple eyelash fill . Just make them slightly longer. They not only came out longer but they curled up, were way to dark which is not what I asked for not even close. They looked like fake eyelashes on my opinion! . I walked out almost in tears mostly because my eyes burned horribly . I turned around and had her take them off! I didn't even get a full refund let alone not sure why I tipped her. Came in today a couple minutes before they closed and they still helped me and my mom. Zee was extremely friendly to me and even the person before. I've been to a couple eyebrow places and they ALWAYS tell me how uneven my eyebrows are (NOT TO MENTION REMINDING ME ABOUT MY EYEBROWS DOES NOT MAKE ME FEEL ANY BETTER). I told Zee about my uneven eyebrows and she said she would help me with shaping. She actually took her time to shape them and made me feel totally comfortable about it. She's done the best job on my eyebrows I have had (as I mentioned that the arch is uneven) I will definitely be coming back with her! I had my eyebrows done here for about a year, the work they did was fine, mainly it was always the owner. It was pretty annoying how she always tried to upsell and ask if I wanted a facial or lash extensions but I ignored it and would go back out of convenience. I started taking my daughter to get her lip area threaded but no eyebrows because she was still young for that. I took her a couple times and again dealt with the upsell now for her, asking her if she wanted her eyebrows done after I said no eyebrows. I am the mother here not them, I decide what she gets done, my daughter started feeling self conscious because they insisted on doing her eyebrows, the last time we were there and they got pushy I said no more, been going to a new place that's a little further and more expensive but I am way happier and don't have to deal with shenanigans. read more

I used to love this place - and that's because Rosa, the younger girl, was there. She no longer works there and Z has tried to replace her but has come short. The first few times, Z did an awesome job on my brows and then she would thin them more and more every time i went in. Even if i just walked in for a clean-up, she'd thin them and re shape them. They are uneven now and I look like i'm raising one brow at all times. I love thick brows and going here has made it impossible to grow out. Why do i keep going? Convenience, but i am now willing to take a drive to find a new spot. I almost forgot. Z is not gentle either, she does your brows so quickly she is actually breaking some hair, it grows out in 2 days. She sometimes also goes over the same spot so much that it cuts the skin. Excellent service. The establishment is super clean and staff is friendly. I've getting eyelash extensions for the past 3 months with Jazz and I must say she is the best. Jazz is extremely professional, her work is top of the line but best of all she is a sweetheart, she makes you feel like family everytime she sees you. During my eyelash session she constantly asks if I'm ok and offers warm blankets (as if laying on a bed with my eyes closed is not comfortable enough but throw a blanket on me and in out hahah), I'm am very pleased with her work and will definitely keep coming back. read more

I've gotten my eyebrows done at several different places, but I really liked this place. It's clean and the girl who usually does my eyebrows is very friendly and I love how she does my eyebrows. I went yesterday and the girl I usually go to was threading someone's eyebrows, so this older lady with short hair said she would do mine. As soon as she started threading my eyebrows I wanted to tell her to stop. I've never had anyone thread with such intensity; she was pushing that thread into my skin so that the pain was almost unbearable. Literally felt like she was angry at someone or something. Anyway, she finished really fast, made one eyebrow thinner than the other, and proceeded to blame me. I would suggest going to the younger girl (she's shorter than the other lady and has black hair) or not at all. Still unsure of whether I will return or not. read more

Came in today only one employee in the store and about 5 guests waiting (including me and my mom). We didnt get greated. Employee was on her phone when we came in, for a few mins. She had a guest waiting in her chair but didnt seem like she was eager to get off the phone any time soon. She then started threading the guets brows while on the phone. She disconnected the call shortly after and then about 1 min later made another phone call still while doing the guests eyebrows. I came here on a Monday afternoon and the place was dead. The owner, Sophie, was sooooo friendly and engaging. She told me what she was doing at all times, and at the end, she offered to draw in a little of my eyebrow so that it looked cleaner. I happily obliged, and was so happy with the results!
