I'm not joking when I say that I tried calling over 15 times over several weeks to my assigned claims manager, her superior, and their coworker to get an update on the claim status without a single response back. Each time you call, there will not be an answer, and the voice message of any person you reach will promise a call back within 24 hours. You will NEVER get a call back. I'd like to specifically mention Mia Tilson and Jade Neal. I never once got any return correspondence from Jade (email or phone) and only got one a very short, defensive correspondence with Mia on the phone, who promised a follow up from Jade. Save yourself a ton of time and hassle and go through your insurance. I ended up giving the Sedgwick claim number to my insurance. While it took a few months, my insurance ended up issuing them a demand, and I was able to get reimbursed. Zero stars.
