Before I left I told her I wanted a 60 minute massage and I'll be back in an hour. when I came back in a different lady helped me out and I told her I wanted a 60 minute massage and she kept saying no only 45 minutes because she had another person. I was the only one in the lobby at the time. I told her I have a lot of hand pain and wanted to focus on my lower back, right arm and right hand that's why I want 60 minutes to spend a some extra time in that area but she kept saying no. The massage was good but no extra time was spent on the actual pain area. When I was done I tipped her $7 as I didn't get the time I wanted nor was the area that had pain actually worked on well. When she saw the cash tip I gave her she got very rude and made a comment about working on me for $45 and wanted more. Personally if I don't get the service I asked for why should I tip more.
