I was referred to Dan Briscoe with Briscoe Home Inspection Services by my realtor. She had done a…read moregreat job of finding me a home in Edmond. I relied on Mr. Briscoe to do a thorough job because I was out of state injured and bought the house site unseen. The house is only 7 years old and I was pleased that only one small item was found, or so I believed. Upon moving in and living here for two months now, I have found numerous items that should have been identified in the report. The report was nothing more than a lot of checked boxes stating that everything was fine. I contacted my realtor and reached out to Mr. Briscoe. He has never made any attempt to contact me. I have already spent over $2,000 with no recourse from the sellers because they moved out of state. I will have to hire additional contractors to come out and give me estimates for the remaining items that should have easily been identified in this poorly "written" report. Save your $500 plus repair costs and go to someone reputable.
