I was trying to get insurance approval for a procedure and had to contact them no less than 5 times without getting the courtesy of a return call. I ended up going to my appointment only to be turned away because the approval was never received. I even wrote the doctor a personal and confidential letter and he claims he never received it. The confirmation appointment texts they send you tell them to text them with questions. Don't bother. They don't answer those either. Very disappointed.
