But the front office and staff have become the reason I will not be returning, and I'm genuinely shocked this office maintains high ratings with the way things are being handled. For over a month, I have sent emails, texts, and made phone calls stating the same simple request: I need a Friday appointment (when I work remote) OR a weekday appointment at 3pm or later BEFORE year-end. My benefits expire soon, and like many people, I'm trying to use them before they reset. Instead of honoring that, they repeatedly tried to push me into January and February. It feels like either no one is reading messages, no one understands scheduling, or no one cares. I shouldn't have to repeat myself ten different times to get an appointment. The office is also unbalanced and unprepared. They have more front staff than back staff, yet only ONE hygienist, which makes absolutely no sense for a busy practice -- especially at year-end when people are trying to use benefits and staff are taking vacations. Any well-run office would prepare for that. This one clearly didn't. The situation that pushed me over the edge was when I requested my dental records and X-rays. The front desk demanded I sign a "medical release form" they typed up -- to send MY OWN records to MYSELF. When I questioned it, instead of correcting the mistake, the staff doubled down and tried arguing incorrect HIPAA information with me. I should NOT have to teach a dental office what HIPAA actually says. That is basic training. This is not just inconvenient -- it's concerning. At this point, let me be absolutely clear: I will not return to this office, and I will not remove this review unless Dr. Doshi contacts me directly to address these issues.
