The atmosphere is just wow. I love it all. The chips and beans are really good The food in not the greatest. But the atmosphere is on point. Our tomahawk was so chewy. That we could not eat it. I didn't say anything because I knife the need the money. The sides didn't taste the best. But the wine and the lemon drop were so good. The waiter was great and took care of us.

We really enjoyed eating here. We came before the dinner crowd around 3 and their were lots of families with kids. A chips and salsa sampler with beans and cheese was given to us right away and we each ordered tacos. They had a lot of flavor and home made tortillas. We also ordered some delicious fancy drinks. They also gave us a small ice cream cone for dessert on the house. When we were leaving we realized they have a kids club upstairs in case you want to have a romantic adult dinner! Highly recommend

Food was absolutely spectacular beyond delicious 10 out of 10!! We started with calamari "Chicharon el Pulp" appetizers, which were so tender and delicious. we received a yummy bean cheese dip with round tostadas along with four different salsas which was out of this world. The "Brisket Para Taqueara" cooked for over 12 hours accompanied with guacamole and homemade tortillas , it was out of this world, the brisket melts in your mouth, so incredibly tender and very flavorful. It came in a hot cast iron. Rib Eye Stake it's a must have, so juicy and tender very flavorful. "Espagueti Con Costillas Suave" OMG if your a pasta lover this I highly recommend this choice you will not be disappointed. The short ribs in this dish is amazing. For dessert we ordered the "Trufa De Chocolate" we are chocolate lovers so this was definitely our choice. Enough to share for party of four. Now let's talk about the service it was beyond excellent !! The servers do not miss a beat. Service is high end. Everyone is very nice you will be very impressed. The ambience as you walk in you know you're in for a treat . It is very elegant beautiful exquisite with a beautiful touch of class and elegance. Let's not forget the bartender Roman WOW!!! thank you for the Show in preparing our exquisite most delicious cocktails. We will definitely come back specifically to see you and well, of course the most delicious food Service and I'll ambience. see you on our next trip to Cancun.

A impromptu stop turned into a lovely dinner celebrating with friends. The food was amazing and the restaurant ambiance was special but not too fancy. We had a range of appetizers (cauliflower, bone broth soup, asparagus wrapped, braised brisket) that were all phenomenal. Entrees were equally tasty (steak, grilled squid, salmon). We topped the evening off with dessert from the restaurant celebrating that was s'mores on a plate that was to die for. A must stop in Cancun. Only issue we were a bit tired as it was late and didn't account for the time in the longer courses of appetizers to desserts. Staff continually checked on us and over the courses from bean/queso dip to desserts we were full and happy. Food 5/5 Service 5/5 Ambiance 5/5

Can we give a round of applause to the welcome curated platters bowls, and silverware.

We entered and thought it would be underwhelming. We were very wrong. What an excellent restaurant from the Service to the Dj and the excellent food. Everything about this place is top-notch. Highly recommend don't miss out. we will return.

You're gonna want to dress up for this! Okay so my family has been talking non stop about how good this place is (but the one in Puerto Vallarta) so I was really looking forward to trying this place. Service was a little slow, be patient. I thought it was worth it! Ambiance is relaxing yet inspiring with the music videos playing in the background. We ordered a few appetizers, one of them being the cauliflower, and also calamari. Centro Ribeye was our main course, medium rare. But hey, if you're sharing (which you might want to) you can cook it a little longer on the stone it's served on (I personally did...). Once you're done with dinner, they'll come out and show you a variety of different dessert options. We chose the guava dessert. Let me tell ya... it's the best dessert I've ever had in my life. Once all the food is gone, you get a little treat on the house! A yummy little ice cream served on a crunchy waffle cone.

Food, service, and ambiance were over the top. Best meal in Cancun. Waiter had suggestions that worked. We went with the center cut rib eye. Brought some home. Cauliflower is a must and all was perfect. Manager Luiz, came over to ask about our dinner. The place was full at all times but no wait to be seated. This steakhouse is a must and an experience. Valentine's day dinner.

Late lunch today with my hubby. The food was very good for us and service was pleasant. I had the roasted half chicken and grilled vegetables which came out on a hot stone. My hubby had the Sanchez burger. The brought a complimentary refried beans with 3 cheeses and it came with 4 different sauces. You need to walk to the back of La Isla and go upstairs to find this restaurant but it is worth the trip.

You just cannot beat the hospitality and service in Mexico. I admit to being a spoiled American and like great service and well-timed courses. Upon entry into this beautiful restaurant, we were greeted by welcoming staff and taken to a lovely table with a bit of a view of the lagoon. Septien was our waiter and he knew the menu well, was cheerful, professional and unpretentious. I love when waiters have fun with their guests, crack little jokes and try to make your experience the best possible. Septien epitomizes what I consider classic Mexican hospitality. My fish and wilted spinach was absolutely perfect. I've actually never had spinach prepared like this - wilted, yes, but the flavoring, no. Wish they did the same in the States. The only thing they do with spinach in the US is sauté it in garlic which I absolutely hate. Drinks were great. My partner's had a very dramatic presentation. Overall, just a wonderful experience in a lovely restaurant. Highly recommend.

Once we stepped onto the deck overlooking the lagoon, the whole experience elevated even further. The scenery was stunning, soft lights reflecting off the water, a gentle breeze, and live music drifting through the air like the perfect soundtrack to an already unforgettable night. Then came the food, each dish was its own little masterpiece. The bread service alone set the tone: warm, golden rolls with just the right touch off salt. The wedge salad followed. It was crisp, cold, and generously dressed, with smoky bacon and bright tomatoes adding all the right contrasts. The dry-aged steak was the star of the table, cooked perfectly with that deep, rich flavor only dry-aging can create. The roasted peppers and silky sauce on the side made every bite feel intentional. The octopus was another standout, tender, beautifully charred, and plated with a vibrant puree that balanced the dish with a touch of sweetness. One of the best plates we had. The table got more entrees since there were 8 of us but didn't get pictures. Sea brass was another favorite. Even the lobster soup arrived with flair: a velvety bowl paired with a seafood-topped toast that brought texture and richness together in one elegant bite. The beef tartare with fries was classic and fresh, refined without losing its fun. Dessert turned into a full performance. The liquid-nitrogen ice cream came with swirling clouds of cold vapor, dramatic and delicious. The birthday cake arrived crowned with berries and a sparkling candle that lit up the whole table. And just when we thought the night couldn't get any more whimsical, out came the towering blue cotton candy, playful, over-the-top, and impossible not to smile at. Harry's doesn't just serve dinner. It creates an experience, one where the service, the scenery, the atmosphere, and the food all work together to make you feel celebrated. Our night felt luxurious, thoughtful, and truly unforgettable for my husband's 50th birthday! Well done Harry's!

We loved it so much, we ended up here twice in the same week. The service is outstanding here and you can tell they pride themselves on customer service. Before the meal, they do drop off bread with dipping sauces, garlic, and butter. The perfect appetizer. One reason I love this place is the salads. They are big enough for split for 2 and I don't think you can go wrong with any of the options. Personally, the cesar salad is my favorite. What I love about this salad, is they make the dressing right in front of you. Definitely a cool and unique experience. The first time, I ordered the tuna steak. It comes with a soy sauce and a garlic butter. These two sauces on the tuna makes for an incredible meal. I cannot say enough good things about this entree! The second night we went my boyfriend and I split the Cesar salad and the skirt steak. We also added on a side of mashed potatoes and grilled veggies. The whole meal was delicious. I couldn't pick a favorite part because everything tasted so good. Splitting this was the perfect meal for two people and we even had a bit left over to snack on the next day. I always have a wonderful experience with even better food when I come here. If you happen to be in the area this is a must stop.

For my entree, I had the whitefish, which was cooked perfectly and served on a bed of mashed potatoes. I wasn't able to finish everything because the portions were generous. It was a lovely evening.

In the past this place has always been a staple for us, but each year we go we like it a little less. This year majority of the group was disappointed in the entire experience from the service to the food. To start, the service was lacking compared to what we get at other local restaurants nearby. Our servers did not frequently come back to ask if we needed anything and we were constantly having to ask to get our waters refilled. The drinks are good, but nothing we can't get elsewhere. Half of our group enjoyed (but not loved) their food and half did not enjoy. My SO and I split the al pastor meal. In the past we have loved this, but this time it felt like they rushed to make it and the flavors we remembered just weren't there. It was still good, but I think it could have been better. I do love the churro cart here, but you can get good churros several other places. Overall, this place has gone downhill in our opinion, and for the price it isn't worth it when there so many better options close by. I'm sure we will be back, but I think we might skip a year stopping here.

Unfortunately, the experience went downhill quickly. The service was flashy but slow, and we followed the waiter's recommendations for both an appetizer and our entrees. He told my girlfriend her entrée didn't come with a side, so we ordered one. After several cocktails, her entrée arrived--but mine never did. I sat there watching her eat while I waited. When I asked the waiter where my meal was, he simply said, "it is not working." I then asked a manager for help, but he disappeared and never returned. The bill came with no apology, no explanation, no discount, and nothing complimentary. It was an awkward and uncomfortable way to end what was supposed to be a special evening. Mistakes happen, but what really bothered me was that there was no effort to acknowledge the problem or make it right. I do not recommend. Me quedé sentado viéndola comer mientras yo esperaba.
