The interior is modernized design, it is an open concept that has a queen size bed also a pull out sofa bed in the living area, TV Blu-ray player, a small kitchen, private deck overlooking the bay, bathroom showers, and a shared yard with propane barbecue. is a quaint little spot for two people, and I love that they are dog friendly here they have stuff for dogs to use just in case you forgot your stuff. They have utensils, cups plates, spices, and some teas in their cupboards. In 2017 we use the same company to rent a house property on Gull Dr. That home was a very spacious home. We had our kids with us so it was nice to share it with other people plenty of space, open concept and they also had. It was a four bedroom house and it also had a washer and there were two spaces for parking and they also had a gaming area in the garage. For our 10 year wedding anniversary hubby decided to come back to the place we met and fell in love. But this time around he rented Albatramonto property that's up stairs from the original Tramonto property that we stayed at 11 years ago. This one it was almost identical to the original location we stayed at, but this one had a breakfast nook and two split patios. One patio facing the ocean and the other patio facing the tides wharf. The company was really wonderful. They made us a little heart towel and gave us a bottle of sparkling rose for our anniversary. Just be wary of ants, especially during the winter season just don't keep food out in the open or unsealed. If your ant problem gets really bad, then call the company up and they'll come out and spray. The only complaint we really had was the heater they had didn't warm the place enough and it was really cold. luckily, they had layers of blankets on the bed to keep us warm. The sunset are still amazing to watch from the patio. Parking is a little tight for this property. Brianna was the person we had dealt with, and she had simply been nothing but helpful with the bookings. The nice part about this company is everything is done online via email and to check into your property. You never have to go to the office. You can just show up at the actual vacation home and the key is in the lock box. every time you call them, there's always someone there to pick up the phone and answer any questions that you have. we will definitely be back here again in the near future you can never go wrong with any of the properties. The view is just superb for sunsets.

RENTERS BEWARE. i've recommended them for years but no longer. the vast majority over the last 2yrs are unhappy customers. so many homes are old and not kept up. bodega bay isn't the destination it used to be. i've rented 20+ homes for 40yrs through them and this last interaction will be my last. i spoke to bailey asking for reviews on a particular home i was interested in. she only pointed me to air bnb reviews so i asked about reviews they actually send after check out. she repeatedly told me they don't send out surveys but would leave my info for chris to call me back. surprise, no contact from him so i called again. spoke to bianca asking for chris and was put on hold expecting him to come on the line. nope it's bailey giving me the same spew that they don't send out questionnaires and spoke over me constantly repeating whatever info chris has trained her to speak. it is incorrect they don't send a survery as i submitted a very detailed response about my last stay. apparently no customer reviews are posted anywhere on their website and they claim they don't ask about your stay = total lie and they hide feedback. i've had issues with a property not being as described, another when cleaning was not done by check in time and waited almost 2 hours to be completed, another one checked in to discover no hot water so spent 1 1/2 days dealing with replacing the water heater and another when hot tub cleaners entered the home at 8am with zero notice. the most unsettling thing was they had keys to enter. any time you complain about something they refer to the home owner, nothing in the contract holds them responsible for anything and there's no info about who owns the home if you want to sue to recoup any money for mis representation. my responses: christopher bowland, interesting you have time to respond to my review but not to take my call. i did have to raise my voice to ask bailey to stop constantly talking over me when i tried to ask questions. seems you're training her to be as rude as you are. your reviews and responses speak more loudly than your lies. since sept 2024 there are 10 reviews and 8 of those are a 1 (even more earlier). that's an 80% failure rate!!!! if not for your family owning the company you wouldn't have a job.even mcdonalds wouldn't hire you if you burnt the burgers and fries 80% of the time!!! i wonder why they're allowing you to destroy the company brand and reputation. thera buttaro appears to be a successful real estate agent in bodega bay, is married to your father and has a stake in the business. maybe she's too busy with her own career to pay attention or maybe she just doesn't know. a simple note to her might be in order. kristopher lepore also has a stake in the business and is a bb real estate agent. perhaps they don't realize how negative reviews of this company may deter people from using their real estate services. the apple doesn't fall far from the tree. ignoring bad business practices makes them complicit and accepting of your actions. when i'm visiting in a few weeks i intend to locate the property i inquired about on windy lane and will notify the owner you have declined a customer interested in renting their property. i doubt your immature behavior will have a positive impact on this newly acquired rental property as owners rely on you to build business, encourage repeat visitors and make them money. another failure on your part. you have also failed to keep the property location confidential until booking is confirmed and arrival instructions are provided which is why i can locate the property. the owners may also take interest in your lack of security regarding property information. as far as renting with you again, you're simply not sophisticated enough to prevent me from doing so under other profiles. however, your company is no longer deserving of my money or recommendations. you're not the only game in town and, in fact, you're not the best since you took over. BODEGA BAY ESCAPES HAS A 3.5 YELP RATING COMPARED TO YOUR CONSTANTLY DECLINING 2.9 AND THEY POST CUSTOMER REVIEWS. since you're so adamant you don't send out reviews/surveys it says you don't care about the guest experience and it leaves property owners blind to issues and complaints you can bury which is why you have no documentation of my other grievances. so ludicrous to ask or expect me to have saved previous feedback. just another deflection tactic. any reputable rental agency has a clause in the contract with property owners to provide guest feedback. perhaps your time in charge is over before you completely ruin the business.
