It took 20 minutes for 4 ice creams and i had to go inside to see what's the problem was and was told that they didn't get an order, after showing them the app that the order was placed it took an additional 10 minutes Just to receive the ice creams. Over all 30 minutes just for 4 ice creams is unbelievable. read more

JOE THE MANAGER AT SONICE was not very kind he has horrible costumer service I DO NOT KNOW HOW HE IS EVEN MANAGER. His tone was extremely off and he had attitude, I have never experienced anything like this at Sonic until Joe was my car hop. read more
