This sonic is slow and no good quality and we have given many chances to this sonic and you can't use the booths it will tell you to go threw the drive threw which has the longest line ever and they forget your order! This place definitely isn't the best place to eat but it isn't the worst... It's more of a 2 and a half star place. A lot of the time the evening service isn't great and workers are often snotty. They also seem to get angry when we have a larger order in the drive through even though their car hops aren't even open. There have also been many moments where our food has been messed up. If you say "just tell them!" It is hard to want to do that when the workers come off as rude... The place does look nice and it's clean so that's good! Service and food used to be much better and I'm not sure what happened. read more

We stopped at the Norton, Kansas Sonic. Bad decision! We went inside to eat. We waited 1/2 hour to get our food. I had to ask for it. My husband ordered #9. He got a chili burger instead of a chicken sandwich. The employee taking counter orders insisted he ordered a chili burger. Maybe if she had taken her headphones off she would have heard correctly. She got rude and insisted she was right. She offered a chicken sandwich "on the house". It was not "on the house" because he had already paid for it. She said rudely, "Well, you got something to eat. That's all that matters." Then we noticed my husband did not get the coke he ordered. I had to bang on the kitchen doors to get anyone's attention. The counter employee rudely said to us, "Can't you see I'm the only person here taking orders? (As if that's our fault!). Another employee nicely brought it out to us. Needless to say, we'll never eat here again. read more

Terrible! I didn't get the burger I ordered. Half way through the burger I found a bread bag twist tie in it. I paid with my card at the order board. When the waitress delivered our food, she asked for payment. I told her I paid with my card. She told me I hadn't went through. I quickly checked my banking app & I had went through.
