However when you reach the register to order, you realize things are a bit different here, and that's a great thing. Front and center in the back of house, a large nitrogen tank the height of an average 5th greater boasts made to order ice cream created in a non-traditional format. Due to this unique process, customers can choose between thousands of flavor combinations to satisfy their sweet tooth. I was craving something lighter, so I ordered a lemon flavored ice cream with strawberries. My fellow ice cream seekers ordered a "galaxy creation" called "Peanut Butter Explosion", and the other ordered hazelnut with sprinkles. Because the ice cream is made to order with nitrogen, the texture isn't quite like regular ice cream, but that isn't a bad thing- the texture is reminiscent of baseball dip n' dots. I really enjoyed what I ordered. Also- the portion sizes are huge and match the prices well. This is a fantastic business, and I wish them all the best as they establish themselves in McCook.
