We pulled into Sonic on a whim since it was dinner time and we were nowhere near home. Once we pressed the red button, we were greeted by the mist amazing voice and personality. She was perky, excited, fun and she simply brought a smile to my face. Later, she was the one that brought the order to our vehicle as well. Her name was Mylie and her bright personality made our rather mundane dinner order, fun and chatty. I was disappointed in the fact I had no cash on hand to tip her as she dearly deserved a tip. Our meals were chile cheese foot long hot dogs and they really hit the spot. The fries were fresh and the jalapeño poppers were hot and tasty. This restaurant needs a new manager and workers. They were awful to us. We waited 7 minutes at the intercom and no one answered us. The two cars in front of us had already left. We assumed we needed to order at the window since something wasn't right at the intercom. The Hispanic women was angry that we didn't have an order. Then proceeded to make us wait another 5-7 minutes at the window. She brought her sorry excuse of a manager to the window. Another Hispanic women who said she was too busy to take our order and refused to give us her name. Then slammed the window on us again and proceeded to take orders for the people behind us. I'm not sure what we did to deserve this treatment. We are huge fans of Sonic and have been at this location many of times. When trying to explain what was wrong with the food, the server took it out of my hands to look at it, touching the food and then handing it back. Asked to speak to a manager, which we were told doesn't speak English and wouldn't come out to talk to us. They wouldn't correct the food order or refund the money. CoVid 19 Drive Thru Experience: Wow. The place was packed from the stalls to the drive thru line. The line went out into the street that you turn into the sonic from. So ... you could say this place was jamming. The wait was not long ... the order taker was awesome. The person who took our card and gave our drinks and food, she was awesome. Mind you this is all while they probably had 20 tickets of food to make. We got home with our $26 worth of Sonic and everyone had a great time enjoying it. Thank you to the staff... I am grateful. I ordered online to be able to get the better prices for the drinks and so I placed the order. As soon as I got to the restaurant I selected spot 10 and then waited. I waited about 20 minutes and the restaurant wasn't very busy so I decided to push the button and was like "hey I have been waiting for 20 minutes and we haven't gotten anything" and she came out. She has said before that she is the manager but is extremely rude everytime I have spoken with her. The second she walked up, she started yelling at us about how we need to select a spot from the app as soon as we get here and I was trying to explain that I did. Then she started yelling about "why don't you just listen to me explain how it is not my fault". And so I was listening to her explaining that on her computer she doesn't see when someone says they are at the restaurant because the wifi sometimes doesn't work so everyone should already know to push the button and select their space in the app when they get to the restaurant. Received our food then the person said he needed to take my credit card inside to add on a charge for the shake they missed when I placed the order. I asked him to bring me a receipt when he returned my card and he said it would be quick. After eight full minutes and me calling again on the ordering system he returned my card without the requested receipt. I asked why it took so long he said they were trying to figure out the charges I have no idea what they were doing with my credit card that entire time. Also, I asked for a sauce I requested when I placed the order that I did not receive and was then told they did not have the sauce. I should have been told that when I ordered. Friend and I sat outside waiting to order, pressed the button and waited, even made eye contact with three different employees and still couldn't get anyone to take our order. Last week, me and my mom went to Sonic to get dinner. We ended up sitting down for a while and talking about things. We forgot to go home because the view was so pretty. The food is really good and the milkshakes are really yummy. The creaminess of the ice cream is so good. And the burgers are really juicy. Their oreo ice cream is really chocolatey and yummy. They're really nice and always come with a smile on their face. They always say have a good day and they always are kind. They are also kind in the building. They're nice on the outside and on the inside. They get it out so quikly nowhonder its fast food. And they tell you when its in the kitchen or on its way. I think that is really cool. I always look out the window to see when it's coming. You might have heard that burger king is the best burger place but sonics are so juicy you won't be able to resist. 03/13/17 We order and pay by card. Receipt on screen. We wait 20 minutes....no order. We ask about our order. Girl comes out to the car and says she will take care of it. She never returns. I finally go inside to talk to the manager. I ask for refund as we are already late for an appointment. He refuses me a refund as he cannot find the receipt showing we paid. He refuses us the food because he cannot find the receipt. We left without food and without what we paid for the meals. The manager was rude and made no attempt to resolve the problem. When we got home we looked at our bank statement and there was the charge to Sonic #5020 in Littleton. If you like paying for something and not receiving it - by all means go to this Sonic. Love the rude staff. A couple things need to be understood: 1. Not everyone works 9am-5pm. 2. If I get off work at 8am, it's my dinner time. That means I probably don't want eggs. 3. Sonic serves all menu items at all hours. 4. I understand it takes time to cook off peak hour items. It was frustrating to have gone through the drive through and order two breakfast sandwiches and a chicken sandwich... this leads to a couple cars backing up behind me... and a staff member goes out to talk crap about me to the customer behind me. I can hear her telling the other people they're sorry because I was holding everyone up by ordering a chicken sandwich. GTFO. You didn't ask me to move. You didn't tell me it would take a few extra minutes to cook and if I could pull through. It's unprofessional to talk crap about me, literally behind my back... while I can hear it through my open window. I've gone to this Sonic a couple times a week. It's a couple miles out of my way but worth it for the full menu (variety). Plus that square Texas toast style breakfast sandwich is amazing. But I won't tolerate that nonsense. I don't think I'll be back again. I like sonic, it's not fancy but it's fun for sure! The shakes are half price after 8:00 and they have happy hour with half priced drinks (anything but shakes)! The staff is always pleasant and usually the food is always served with a smile... Thank you for being pleasant! It goes a long way to making someone's experience better! They introduce a lot of new foods and drinks throughout the year. The night I was there they had wings! Who knew sonic served wings?! My stars really reflect the quality and choices of the food as a chain, not a particular location. I'm not a food snob by any means and eat some kind of fastish food once a week and I just won't eat stuff from here. They used to have sweet potato tater tots that I craved but they have since been removed from the menu. The food is cheap, but it tastes cheap too. As far as value, as a parent I appreciate the happy hour prices on slushies and sodas from 2-4 PM and the shakes at night for treats for the kids. The employees have always been pleasant to me at this location, and try to move the drive-thru line quickly, by coming outside to get money as well as bring my drink-only orders. read more

I absolutely love this location. I used to go to a sonic that was a little bit closer but it was horrible so I started coming to this location. The staff is so kind and enjoyable. I called on Easter to ask if they were still open and the man on the phone was so friendly and made everyone in the car smile. Every time we come here the staff is kind and tries to get our order out as fast as possible. I will say that food seems to comes quicker when you park and order instead of going through the drive-thru. read more

Got charged $1.20 for (2) extra orders of jalapenos and got maybe 10 slices. Didnt even cover the top of the tots. I only need to pay for one extra order of jalapenos at the other locations for it to completely cover the top. Tots didnt even reach the half way mark in little carton. Very stingy location. Called manager and she didnt have a straight forward answer, instead blamed that the other locations I've been to have been over-serving their proportions. Sonic is typically a great place to gather your buddies and sit down for a nice meal; however my last experience with the staff was awful. A couple of friends and I decided to head down to sonic for a late night snack. When we pulled in we were excited to order the classic group favorite, grape slushes. So we pressed the button to order and waited to be helped. When an employee answered and said, "what can I get for you?" The driver of the car, my friend that was ordering, asked for "1 second" to make sure everyone was going to be happy with what we ordered. The employee's response to this was a spiteful, "DON'T PRESS THE BUTTON UNTIL YOU'RE READY TO ORDER". In response to this unprofessionalism the driver squawked back to the employee. At this point we were not upset with our service but the employees solution to the situation was to come outside and yell at us to leave. Sitting in the car confused to why this had escalated into such a dramatic event, we decided to press the order button again and figure out what had gone so wrong. This time a different employee answered ready to take our order. Thinking that the previous engagement with the staff had been quickly forgotten we placed our order. While the order was being finalized the employee asked for a moment and disappeared. When she returned she said, "I can no longer serve you." and she hung up the call. When this happened I went to the building and spoke to two more members of the staff. I explained what had happened in detail to them and asked if I could just place an order for three grape slushes and some tater-tots. I thought that after I talked to them about the ridiculous engagement it would be clear that there was a misunderstanding. I tried talking to the manager briefly but he would not speak with me saying, "we're too busy for this". We had no intention of causing any trouble so after trying to figure out a simple situation like adults we dropped the issue and went to Dairy Queen instead. Overall I was extremely let down by the attitude of the staff towards there customers and I will not be going back to this establishment. read more

Throughout most of the US you can get a pretty good burger at Sonic. This location however likes to serve shoe leather. Today was my third consecutive horrible visit to this particular location. This particular store should be bulldozed. The chili used on the chili cheese tots, again for the third time, tastes scorched. I went to the drive-through today and the burger looks as though it certainly was not cooked today. I have made three formal complaints for my last three visits. I don't get what is wrong with this store. I recommend you find another location until this one gets closed down and is transferred to another owner. read more

Terrible food and customer service. Our daughter wanted to go here for a corndog. A hot dog sounded decent so we decided to go. After we were bounced around to three different cashiers trying to take our order (We were the only car in the drive thru btw) we finally get our order placed. 15 minutes later we finally get our food, leave the drive thru only to find that half the food is cold. Back to the drive thru we go and inform a lady I assume was the manager about the long wait and cold food. Needless to say, her demeanor and customer service skills were sub par but she eventually said she would remake our cold food. Another 10 minutes go by and we finally leave the drive thru for good 25 minutes after arriving there. Upon getting home, we found that she had only microwaved the cold cheeseburger.
