Went here a few weeks ago. Good service and good shakes but really thick ...had to eat it with a spoon..Maybe they can make them a bit thinner..at least drinkable .. if your thirsty get a soda ..its gonna be awhile before you get any shake through your straw. read more

I have been to better and faster Sonics. Placed an order for 4 meals for 4 people. Drinks came out first and then we wait 5 minutes for food. They were stingy with napkins had to ask twice for more napkins. Then before we drove off I realized that we were missing fries and marinara sauce for my mozzarella sticks. Then it took forever to get my sauce for my sticks and you know if you don't eat them when they are hot they are no good. Sonic is my favorite fast food everything was pretty good they just forgot some things and service is a little slow. read more

This was one of the worst experiences I have ever had at a fast food restaurant. I had been to a sonic before and it was good but not this one! We decided to eat in our car. We parked and started to order. The music was blasting so loud in the parking lot the order taker couldn't hear us. We were shouting into the mic. The first order taker became so frustrated he passed the order over to another person. And our order agony started again. - if they only turned down their own music this problem would go away. Finally the order is placed and the food arrives. The burger was ok a bit dry and cheese barely melted. I had the chicken strips. Big Mistake. You could tell they were over cooked and had been hanging around a while. The batter was so thick you could break a tooth. After pulling the crust off, the chicken meat was dry and chewy. Disgusting! Couldn't eat them. So on to the fries- they were so saturated in oil and over cooked- they weren't eaten either. The only reason this review was a one was because the shake was good, otherwise I would have given a zero star if possible. Worse way to spend $18. Don't go there! read more

I just got a slushie during happy hour and it took 8 minutes to get my drink and it was so sweet I couldn't stand it after a few sips. I've had the late night milkshakes before but I don't think I would ever come back on my own, but I wouldn't veto it if other people wanted to go either. read more

I am a loyal customer. I usually come at least twice a week and I never have a problem. Zach, is a very nice worker and ALWAYS listens to me when provides me with great service. Yesterday (11,10), however, I did not have the greatest experience unfortunately. I ordered a strawberry slushie with nerds. When I received my order I took a sip noticing there were no nerds (which I paid extra for). I kindly pressed the red button asking if I could get nerds and the guy over the intercom said "sorry we need to charge you for nerds." I explained how no nerds were put in the slushie in the first place and he argued with me saying there was. Moral of the story, they shouldn't be so damn cheap and just give me my nerds. read more

Alright folks, you are a Sonic....not some exotic cuisine restaurant. With that, I really didn't think you could screw up a chicken strip meal more than the one you half-heartedly prepared for me. I assume you knew I was coming as your chicken strips tasted like you knew something was up and made it as soon as you got in to work. Keep in mind that I did not show up until after noon. I don't think I have ever had a drier chicken strip and you were not even nice enough to offer me some BBQ sauce or honey mustard to offset the Sahara Desert feeling I had in my mouth. I was pretty hungry so I ordered the five piece strip deal. Two of the strips were actual strips and worthy of being called a strip. The other three were glorified chicken nuggets with a steroid injection. If you are going to sell strips, sell a freaking strip!!! And my favorite all time beverage at Sonic is the Cherry Limeade, could be one of the best non-alcoholic drinks on the face of the earth. But when you leave out the freaking cherries and limes out of my Cherry Limeade, that really pisses me off. I can live with dry, freaking chicken. I cannot live with not squeezing more lime in my drink and gnawing on a couple of soda soaked cherries at the end of the drink. It is complete poppycock and someone needs to be fired...at the least made an example of! Thanks for ruining my road trip lunch. read more

I've been to Sonic Drive-In restaurants numerous times throughout the years, including this location a couple years ago. It is a fast food establishment with affordable price points, so I do not expect fine dining experience, however in the past the service and food were good and on point with expectations. Yesterday however was a horrible experience. It took three or four bell pushes (about a minute apart) before someone answered. If it were overwhelmingly busy or even busy at all, I could excuse the extended wait time, but that was not the case. When the girl answered, she had a generally bad attitude, and you could tell she had no interest at being at work. After repeating myself several times she finally got the order. Then came the wait time for the food, it must have taken at least 20 minutes, maybe even close to a half hour. Again, if it was busy I could make excuses, but it wasn't. During the wait, I used the bathrooms which were in retched shape. Luckily, I am a man and only had to urinate so it wasn't that uncomfortable but for ladies, I could only imagine the horrors. Finally, when the food came, the lids were barely sealed, there were no napkins in the bags, no condiments were included, no plastic silverware, and food was spilled all over the bottom of the bag. And after I talked up how fanatic their tots were to my girlfriend, we got fries (when placing the order the girl even repeated back tots when confirming the order). Then the fried food wasn't dropped long enough, for instance the cheese in the Chedder Preppers was still gelled and cold, the fries were just barely dropped long enough, Buffalo sauce on the Boneless wings was ... rancid. The corn dog was satisfactory, and my girlfriend enjoyed her Chili-Cheese foot-long. I worked fast food when I was younger, so usually I am forgiving when it comes to minor infractions, but this experience was just horrible, and the staff had absolutely no pride in their job. I know fast food service usually a starter job, but not sure where these people will be a couple years from now... At that the infrastructure of the building is falling apart, at very least it needs a paint job. Not sure if the owner of this franchise even gives a damn. Maybe I'll visit another Sonic location (just not this one!) again to see if the problem is with this franchise itself, or the whole corporate establishment is failing. There are plenty of awesome food options along 30 proximate to this location so if you are in the area and hungry, go elsewhere. Chick-Fil-A is usually on point. read more

This Sonic made a mistake, overcharged my debit card, never voided, charged again (the correct amount), and 2 months later I still have not received back the $29 overcharged. Contacted corporate and regional manager, and still no resolution. $29 isn't going to make or break me but I'll never spend another dollar at this place. 5 shakes and 3 sandwiches cost me nearly $60 because of the error. Don't waste your time or money here. They won't be helpful in resolving any issues that might come up. read more

Probably the absolute worst Sonic I have ever been in! Went there tonight just for desserts and took a friend that has never been to a Sonic. She orders chocolate ice cream and instead of them telling her they don't have chocolate they give her vanilla with chocolate syrup. I order a mocha java chiller and I'm not sure what was missing but it was like a glass of milk with whipped cream. Another friend orders a Reese's Sonic Blast and gets vanilla ice cream with Reese's Pieces on top. Of course I get no receipt so I can't do the survey. I will never go in this place again! I guess I know now why there was no wait or line. read more

i went to get a chili dog and a milkshake today and when the employee came out with my food, i gave her 10 dollars for a $6.31 bill and she ask me " do you want your change?". now, i normally tip these people....i tip everybody! but i felt uncomfortable saying yes. i gave her a $1.69 tip anyway. the point is, she shouldn't have asked me that way b/c now i feel like my tip meant nothing and it was a 25% tip! read more
