if i could give negative stars i would. we went to this location last night and my goodness this was by far the worst experiences i have ever had at a fast food restraunt since moving here. we went to the drive thru. the female who took our order was rude and just trying to rush us through. our order called for large drinks and if you've ever seen their large cups, they're huge. so we pull up to the window and the little blond female cashier COMPLETELY filled up the cups with ice and poured in about a cup's worth of tea (we ordered sweet tea). so i politely asked her to fill up the cups (using my fingers showing about 3 or 4 inches) with ice for our drinks. she goes, "okaaay" and rolls her eyes at me. she spills both cups and walks to the back and talks to one of her coworkers for a couple of minutes and then comes back to do our drinks. when she comes back, she grabs a cup and starts shaking her head like i just caused her so much trouble in having to remake our drinks. look, i get it. it's late; you're tired; i'm tired. we just got through cleaning the church for service today so we're tired, super hungry, and just want to get home and settle in for bed. i really didn't want or need attitude from an ignorant disrespectful little girl at the window. if you cannot serve me like you appreciate my money i'm about to give to your business, then i'll take my money elsewhere. and that's exactly what i did. i just drove off and we ended up at wendy's across the street. their food was really good, too! i'm glad we went there. i will never come back to this sonic's location! read more

Short version-Long waits, mixed up orders, terrible parking, non-consistent quality. Skip it. Long version- My wife and I have been 3 times now. 1st visit- we came for just drinks and they messed up our drink order. I asked for a cherry limeade and got a clear liquid that tasted like diet Sprite or something. Not good. 2nd visit- we got a little food and tried ordering some master blasts. We asked for mustard for the corn dog, and marinara for the mozzarella sticks. We received neither. They gave my wife basically a peanut butter shake although she ordered a peanutty snicker bar blast. No snicker pieces or anything. I got the waffleberry brownie blast, which ended up just being a strawberry shake with chocolate chips. No brownies, no waffle pieces. Not good. 3rd(and final) visit- we only ordered two master blasts. After waiting 25 minutes in a stall, I clicked the order button again to see what the hold up was, and they said they couldn't see the order and it would be out soon. My blast was good this time but my wife's was messed up again. They have a habit of not mixing the bits into their shakes and blasts very well, and the layout makes it very difficult to leave any of the stalls with the drive thru right behind you. At least two of the stall speakers are broken and they mix up orders. Just skip it, go to DQ. read more

Then, this one opened up and I decided to give it a try. Yuck. Every single time the food is NASTY! I used to go to Sonic regularly, but after visiting this one, I lost all of my appetite for Sonic. The manager calls me, apologized and sent me a gift card. A few weeks later I try again. Same thing, but I'm less mad because I'm not paying, its on the gift card but really? I went back again and same exact thing. It's now becoming less about training the employee and more about holding the employee(s) accountable. I'm visiting Washington and went to Sonic a little before midnight because it's super busy during the day. The service was okay and I'm confident it'll get better over time. I was surprised at how difficult it was to order. At first the person inside couldn't hear my name. Then when I specifically ordered a "Vanilla Bean" shake - which is a premium shake - the staff taking my order confirmed, "vanilla bean shake" but the order screen showed just a vanilla shake. I was surprised and disappointed that the staff (who I presumed know the menu) would know the difference between the vanilla shake and a vanilla bean shake since those are two different shakes on the menu. When I explained over the intercom the actual shake the staffer seemed confused. Overall - I consider it a good experience and I hope my subsequent visits will be better read more

Terrible Sonic location. We stood by the speaker in the outside dining area after pushing the button. About ten minutes pass and nobody answers so we poke our head in the door. They tell us the speaker is broken and someone would take our order. I look at all the filthy tables outside, not one clean spot to sit down. This is by far the worst sonic I've ever been to. Every time I've gone they have found some new way to mess up my order. I order a burger meal and they forgot the burger. Order chili cheese tots. No chili. Order fries and you get about six. Ordered an Oreo blast and it didn't have Oreo in it. All of these were separate times. I love sonic but this location is horrendous. Well 95% of the time this Sonic disappoints and tonight was no different. When I pulled up there 4 cars in the drive-thru and one car parked in the stall. I ordered two milkshakes and it took almost 30 min to get them. So I asked for a refund, the manager took the shakes back with her to process the refund and then brought them back out to try to give them to me. I threw them in the trash because if this was her way of rectifying the situation she should've given them to me before she processed the refund. They were almost completely melted. Second, the manager should be keeping track of how many times they get an order correct instead of how many times they get it wrong because it would be way less to count. The girl who works the window at night (Amber I think) has the biggest attitude I've ever experienced at a fast food restaurant .I have interacted with her several times and each time was worse then the last. I usually only write reviews when good. However, today's experience was bad enough to warrant an input. We've done Sonic in CA and AZ and wanted to try Lacey. Very disappointed except for the diet limeade and chocolate shake. They got our order wrong, and when they fixed it they still were some fries short. My bacon cheeseburger was tasteless. But my wife said it was better than her crispy chicken sandwich. Tater tots were bad too - we think it was the oil they used. No straw for the shake as we drove off either. So except for drinks, we won't be coming back to this Sonic. Fast forward to today. Just wanted a diet limeade Rt 44. Pulled into car hop space and speaker never worked. 10 minutes later I decide to do drive thru. Christina gives me cherry limeade after waiting in line another 15 minutes. So I have to correct and wait. This place still is bad! Even simple stuff. Tater Tots haven't improved either! UPDATE: just tried the drive thru for a Rt 44 Diet Limeade. 20 minutes later and after they took my money, they said they were out of diet Sprite. One star only because I have to. Jennifer "the manager" has the worst customer service I ever experienced and is the rudest person I've ever spoken too. My order through door dash was completely incorrect. DoorDash delivery guy stated Sonic and himself tried to contact me and told me the number he had which is completely wrong. Checked both DoorDash app and sonic app in front of him, my number is correct on both. Never received any call or message about the ice cream machine being down causing 2/3 of my order not being available. Received the hot dog and was not at all what or how I ordered. I ordered the 6" cheesy bacon hotdog on pretzel bun with added jalapeños. Received a plain hot dog on the saddest plain bun topped with jalapeños. No cheese, no bacon, no pretzel bun. And was charged $10.78 STILL even with dasher being late and order completely wrong. When I called sonic, Jennifer the lady I spoke to, informed me the ice cream machines were down and that's why I didn't receive my other two items. I said okay, that's fine I understand. And explained the hotdog I received vs what I ordered. She wouldn't even let me speak and aggressively and rudely spoke over me the entire time saying "I'm telling you I know how to read this is what the receipt says maybe you need to learn how to order correctly " and when asked for a refund she continued yelling over me arguing about the receipt and then I'm assuming she went to hang up because when my boyfriend took over and calmly asked her to please just refund the money and that her customer service was very poor and that she needed to work on it because the conversation did not have to go that way she yelled "OH MY GOD" and there was a cluck but the phone didn't hang up and we can hear her yell to her coworkers "fucking bitch!
