This place is disgusting and the service is the WORST! I don't know how they could possibly receive an A+ heath score. We parked at stall 18, which faces one of the kitchen doors. The door, and windows were smeared with grease. EVERY PERSON that came out that door had long hair in dreds or braids (2 feet or more) with no hair nets. One male employee had a mangy looking beard and man bun and didn't look like he had bathed for days. He also had his pants hanging below his butt. We ordered two milkshakes at 9:02 PM and at about 9:15, we received a notice that "Ebonee is bringing your order now!" We saw Ebonee walk out the door carrying a tray with three drinks to a car about 5 spaces down from us, where she proceeded to smoke and chat with the occupants of the car for nearly 10 minutes; all the while, looking over her shoulder and glaring at us! At 9:23 she returned to the kitchen, placing her cigarillo on the window ledge. At 9:25, I hit the intercom to request a refund. Within 2 seconds of hitting that button, another long-haired employee with a bad attitude strolled out the door with two half-melted milkshakes. When I asked her why it took nearly half an hour to get two milkshakes, she muttered "I'm sorry, turned her back and left". Today, I have on my calendar two phone calls to make. Probably the worst sonic I have ever been to. This is the Sonic closest to where I live now and I have been here about 15 times to get myself a drink. Every single time I order through the app, when I get there I check in. And then I end up waiting up to an additional 20 to 30 minutes for someone to bring me one drink. I understand being short staffed, but five different times I have had to call the phone number or find an employee because not they completely forgot about my order. It's less about the wait time, and more about completely forgetting that I'm even there. I hope they are able to work out their staffing issues because it is a completely disaster read more
