Yikes! I decided to use the drive through because I was in a hurry. I wouldn't have stopped at all, but I had promised my granddaughter several days previously that when I picked her up that particular day we would get Sonic. We ordered and then we sat.....and we sat.....and we sat. I watched money and food pass between the drive thru window and the car ahead of me several times, with long gaps between exchanges, before FINALLY they pulled away. My turn! I pulled up and the girl at the window asked me to confirm my order, which I did, and she gave it to me. We looked at each other for a few seconds and I asked what I owed. She retreated and came back and asked if I had mozzarella sticks, "no" said I, she asked if it had been an online order, "no" I again replied. She again retreated, and returned to ask, almost in desperation, if I had ordered two Wacky Packs. " NO" said I and finally thrust a twenty at her and left. She was very nice, obviously flustered, and apologetic. My order was actually correct. The process was VERY frustrating and I overpaid just so I could escape this charade of "who's on first". I'll go back, but I won't be taking advantage of the "convenience" of the drive through. read more

It's good for a sonic. I usually don't eat at one anywhere but this one has friendly employees and their service is fast. The only complaint I have is the quality and taste of the food. That complaint isn't just at this one, all sonic food is kind of gross. read more
