That's quality in every spoonful! Adequate seating. Comfort seats for loungers which I took advantage of one day when I stopped by to take a break and treat myself while in the middle of writing my first book. Instead of returning to the Library, I was inspired to stay, sit on of their comfortable lounge chairs and write. Before I realized, I'd been there 2 hours! One of the employees quietly walked over and politely offered a cup of ice water. I will definitely go back.

The menu was simple and classic, shakes, cones, bowls and floats. I opted for the cookies n cream milkshake. The rest of the group got cones. The shake was delish, but I REALLY wanted a malt, which they did not have. The space had ample seating and it was a tasty treat. The lost star was for the less than friendly service. They weren't rude, but not super helpful or welcoming. Still worth a visit and could have been a one off!

The blonde working the cash register was extremely rude and made it seem like the question asked was unreasonable. The question asked was if every flavor was rolled or if there was specific flavors that were only involved in the shakes and smoothies clearly advertised on the outside of the building. Her response was to laugh and say "we only roll ice cream. What flavor do you want." The boy working with her seemed to be polite and professional and the ice cream was very good. Based on customer service alone I will not be returning.
