I just loved how special they made us feel throughout the whole process. We set up an initial time to FaceTime and get to know each other. I knew I wanted 2 photographers for our wedding and I was thrilled that Val and Ed are a husband and wife team - you can tell that they are just as in love as the couples they shoot. It's just so easy to get along with with them. KV shoots a limited number of weddings throughout the year and from what I gathered, had recently started doing more and more out of state weddings. I was so excited to show them our venue! I didn't hear from a lot of our vendors throughout the process, but Val and I emailed back and forth every 2 weeks or so - she was always checking in to see how we were doing and was always there to bounce ideas off of and give us inspiration. I felt prepared and confident in them and our planner the most of anyone we worked with! On the day of, Val and Ed were so prepared and professional. Here's where Val REALLY shines - she picks out your best images, puts them together for you to tell the story of your wedding day from start to finish and they mail you a 12x12 album of your wedding. Now, I'll admit, I was not prepared for the QUALITY of this album. The book is huge and it is heavy, the pages are thick beautifully backed prints. Also the USB of our images was wooden and engraved with our names and date. It's these kind of touches that really were above and beyond for me in the service that KV Photography provides.
