I am a transplant from the east coast, and you can only imagine how hard it was to find a realtor who wasn't just trying to sell me just anything in my price range. She was accurate and caring, and didn't steer me in any wrong direction. I wish I could say the same for the other realtors I came in contact with. They were pushy and made me feel like I was rushing into my first home. Its simple, if you are looking to by a home anywhere in the Whatcom county area, Michele is your girl. I love my house!! Come to find out, they were not licensed or insured. And insisted that all four parties (us, him, the home owners, and our real estate agent) split the cost to repair the home. So, we were out cash prior to even getting the home. Overall I just thought he dealt with our situation very poorly, and unprofrssional. What was supposed to be a pleasant fun homebuying experience, turned into more of a when is this going to be over experience. It was so frustrating, and sad to say the least.

She helped us find the right house in the right neighborhood for the right price. She was patient and flexible while I was deployed and my wife was trying to look at homes that would be perfect for us. She took extra time to video chat with me and record house tours when I wasn't available. She did all this while answering all our questions, giving us good advice, and finding homes that met our needs. Michelle has been there every step of the way. She has always answered every call or email no matter what time of day or night it was. Her professionalism, mentorship, knowledge, honesty, and hard work ethic are much respected and appreciated. I never felt that she was just trying to sell us a house, but that she was a mentor to answer our questions and help us to make the best decision for our family. If your military or not Michelle should be the first realtor you call and we feel so fortunate that she is so dedicated to her job and backs that up with the extensive knowledge about buying or selling homes.
