We tried contacting foodora and couldn't get hold of anyway so we rang Figo who explained the food was ready but foodora hadn't arrived to pick it up. 10 mins later the food is at our door! Figo had only gone and delivered it themselves (but didn't tell us it was them). Really impressed by the great service and food from Figo, as it's not their responsibility to sort out foodora stuff ups! We will definitely be ordering again soon (direct from Figo obviously!)
