I've been meaning to try this place since it opened and finally visited while I was shopping at the nearby grocery store. The cashier was quite nice and energetic. The ambience with chill. I ordered a breakfast burrito, and my friend ordered an item which we thought it was OK. it was an authentic Mexican food, but I don't think that was the goal of this place. Overall may return to try other items.

Not my most favorite place to dine-in but I prefer ordering food online and picking up here for many instances, mainly due to proximity of 1 mile from my home and when we crave for some Mexican food. Not the best Mexican cuisine taste but doesn't fall into lower category as well. Prices are very reasonable and overall recommended for value for the money. Our one attempt to dine-in was not very great. Long queues, late table delivery and you need to ask everything possible as they don't offer from their side.

New location. Good spot for quick lunch. We ordered at the countered and sat down. Food arrived super fast; we barely sat down after getting our drinks. The taco salad was good; fresh ingredients and the salsa that it came with was delicious. The shredded chicken burro combo was just ok. The burro had so much chicken inside. Rice and beans was plenty but wish they gave me more lettuce. Our lunch came with chips and salsa. The chips were so crispy and delicious. This might be the best part of the meal. Dining room was comfortable with large booths. Nice patio outside. Worth a try!

The number one combo - a cheese enchilada and a beef taco with beans and rice

The unassuming stand-alone restaurant serves delicious food on real plates with real flatware. We were very pleased with the quality of Mexican food that we ordered. I had the number one combo - a crispy taco (I ordered ground beef), a cheese enchilada, rice, and beans. My husband had the crudo burrito -- machaca with a tomatillo sauce. We each had a basket of chips with bottles of green and red salsa (spicy and flavorful!). Our lunch was so good!!!!!! Self serve drinks also provide a good selection of choices, including horchata. The restrooms are clean, and the patio is super pleasant and comfortable. We were able to park our RV in the neighboring Fry's. The short walk was actually welcome. Highly recommend a stop at this local chain.

Carne asada taco. No amount of lime going to moisten up that meat lol

It's hard to believe they have it so hard at this location that, time and time again they are finding trouble delivering the product someburros advertises. Not sure what the problem is. Charcoaled carne asada.. displeasing combo presentations.. just not exactly some place I'd say is great, just something to try one time. Hope it works out kinda deal.

Stopped by for a quick lunch! Place is nice and clean, the burritos was fresh and tasty. Ample parking and service was prompt. The burritos is wholesome with plenty of stuffing and nice balance of a fresh tortilla wrap. Look forward to trying more of this.

Broken taco with foods spilling out everywhere. Messy too.

This place was on point when they first opened. Everyone was working and busy, quick service, good food. The last few times we tried to order online, the app was closed to online orders or you have to pick a time way out, like 1.5-2 hours later. So we have to go in and order and wait, or go through the drive- through. The food has always been pretty good so we kept coming back, even though we can't order online which is super inconvenient and something would always be missing from the order. Including utensils, despite us asking for them or checking the box online to include utensils. Literally never get them no matter what. One time we brought the food to a park and had no fork to eat rice and beans so we threw them out. This last time we ordered, the online app gave us a time 1.5 hours away, so we went into the store to order. 2 cars in the drive through, 2 customers in the store and 8 teenage girls "running the store," acting like they're at a sleepover party. Total chaos, goofing around... It was ridiculous. Someone obviously turned off the online ordering so they didn't have to deal with customers or work, and could just hang out. Then when we get our food, the tacos are gross- one is broken with food spilling out, one is covered in cilantro all over the outside and had tomatoes in it (we didn't order tomatoes), the other one didn't have cilantro at all... onions were missing from both tacos (we ordered onions). Neither taco had potatoes like we ordered. The whole thing was wrong. The sour cream lid wasn't placed properly and it was ALL over the bag and food. The beans had NO cheese on them, AAANNNDDD no utensils!!! Please hire an ADULT to come and manage this store. It's total chaos!!

Clean restaurant, good food but the worst service and longest wait. Really need to invest in addressing this.

The interior is pretty long with a large number of seating inside the building so we had no trouble getting seated right away by the hostess. We decided on food relatively quickly due to previous experience with the business, however, our waiter never came around to take our orders or even give us water at the table. We saw one girl with dyed hair who unassumingly could have been our waiter since she was in our section but only worked with one particular table and ran to the back after each time, but never addressed our table or came by. We eventually had to flag a different waiter down who was able to help us place the order and service us for the rest of our visit, she also informed us that this other "Waiter" was supposed to help us but she wasn't sure why she never made an attempt to do so after having us wait 20 mins and other tables were being serviced. We ordered Flordian French Toast and Elote Breakfast Burrito (plus a couple sides and drink) which were both really good, and filling. Prices weren't too bad for what we ordered and was able to take our mind off of the rather long wait to get helped. Not sure if we'll come back to this particular location again, but it was nice trying the restaurant out another time.

I normally get the sunrise breakfast sandwich and it hits the spot. I love how they toast the bread with butter so it's extra delightful when you bite into the sandwich. Perfect when I'm half awake on the weekend. The weekends can get pretty busy but there is a good amount of parking available. Coffee is pretty good for a fast casual restaurant as well + a fairly good price.

One thing to know is there is no table service. You order at the counter and they have a lot of choices so if you have never been there it's hard to decide while other people are waiting behind you. I came with my mom and we were craving pancakes so again didn't get any eggs which is what they are known for and their breakfast pizzas. So I'll come back to try those. We split buttermilk pancakes and a cinnamon roll. They do have real maple syrup but of course they up charge for the good stuff. The pancakes are ok but don't taste like buttermilk pancakes. They looked good but it definitely tasted like a mix and not a good one. They were way overly sweet. They weren't terrible but just not great. 4/10 on the pancake scale. The cinnamon roll also tasted like a store bought premade roll. It was also kind of burnt and didn't taste like anything. The only good thing was the coffee which I was highly skeptical about because it was serve yourself from a carafe. But it was good and strong. Nice views of the mountains and the patio is dog friendly. I want to like this place because it's in my neighborhood so next time I'll try the eggs dishes. Also they have several veggie/vegan selections so I'll come back for those too and to bring my dog.

The staff was friendly throughout our stay, and the overall property has a relaxing atmosphere that makes it easy to enjoy the sunshine and scenery. We booked an upgraded suite with a separate bedroom and TV room, which gave us plenty of space to spread out. While the layout was great, the room itself could use some updates. The bathroom fixtures were older--the Kohler toilet didn't flush well and was a bit noisy, and the tub/shower combo had rounded sides that made it tricky to stand comfortably. The shower water also never got fully hot. The room had a slightly musty smell, and the carpets would benefit from a deep cleaning. The balcony screen door didn't close tightly, which let a few flies in, and access to the second floor required two sets of stairs since there's no elevator in that section. Even with those issues, the resort's location, views, and overall vibe made the stay enjoyable. With some room refreshes and a bit more maintenance attention, this could easily be a standout property. The setting alone is worth experiencing.

I found a great AAdvantage Hotel deal at the Hilton Phoenix Tapatio Cliffs Resort and booked it. While it was a great success of a visit in terms of AAdvantage miles and loyalty points, my actual experience at the hotel itself was less to be desired due to the customer service and a big snafu on their part. I also have Hilton Gold status, though as I booked the hotel through a third party site (AAdvantage Hotels), I could see the stay and the stay history in my Hilton app, but I did not receive any benefits for staying there, which was fine as I didn't expect any anyone. I arrived in person to check in and already reserved and prepaid for a King 1 Bedroom Standard Suite, which had a nice view and reasonably spacious room (but not too much larger than a regular room at another hotel). The room was certainly not upgraded though there was parking available right in front of the entrance. I did not receive anything else at check-in nor did it appear that I'd get my regularly complimentary water. I did pay the daily resort charge which includes high speed internet access, access to the Falls Water Village, an hour at the tennis/pickleball court, an hour at the afternoon golf practice facility, two hours for a mountain bike rental, 20% off seasonal spa services, and 15% off select golf apparel. While I didn't use it, I had easy view and access to the Falls Water Village where you could lounge and play all day on their sun-marked terrace where you could find free-form pools, hot tubs, and cabanas. They even have a 138-foot enclosed water slide. When I checked out, I was told that a bill would be sent to me shortly since I did it on the app early, and when I received the bill, there was a charge for my room at the restaurant at the top of the hill called A Different Point of View. The catch is that I never went to eat there during my stay (or at any onsite restaurant since I live in the area and had my meals offsite). I reached out to the hotel who insisted that I did go there to eat. I promised them I didn't eat anywhere onsite and that they need to look at the receipt and see if it actually has my room number. They confirmed it did and that this meant I ate there. I told them to find my name on it and let me know if it was on there. After several more back and forth conversations, they confirmed it wasn't me and would remove the charge. They then mistakenly charged me double. Then they removed one charge, but it took more than a week before they removed the other charge. By the end of the exchanges, it felt like they were blaming me for their own mistake. While the resort is aged and rather pleasant, there certainly are training issues regarding the customer service offered at this property. I do not plan on staying here again in the future.
