I don't appreciate the places that either (a) only let their actual account customers use ATMs at certain times even though the internet tells me there's a public ATM there, or (b) charge insane prices for non-customers to use ATMs. And yes, 2, 3, 4 or 5 dollars is insane to me, because just why. There was a time when everyone wanted your banking business and would offer incentives. Now it just seems like everyone wants your money. I'm with Chase now anyway. I did Key Bank, I did M & T, I even briefly did BoA once, and Chase is doing me right.
