She got every single hair -- and I mean EVERY single one -- which has only happened ONE other time in 15 years. Do you know how rare that is? I wasn't sure what to expect but she made the whole experience comfortable, professional, and funny -- I laughed more than I winced, and that's saying something when someone's ripping hair off your body.
