Our Samsung refrigerator was not cooling correctly and Samsung couldn't seem to fine anyone to service it. We called Solutions and they came over with in an hour. Got right to the problem - frozen, burned out fan - worked for at least 2 if not 3 hours to get the excess ice melted. (There was a lot of ice buildup) We we're happily surprised by the inexpensive service and parts fee! We are already working on another project for them!
