The property I wanted to buy has value 10.55 mil CZK, they charged me 1.2% of the property value above 3 mil CZK. They don't give this a name but I can call it "101 tax", and they don't write this rule on their website (at least for now). Here is an example, the actual price of my "Gold" package is 131,450 CZK + VAT! They later replaced the bank escrow with their lawyer's escrow and adjusted the price to 100,000 CZK + VAT, still very very high considering the service the actually delivered. They told me their lawyer is good (and expensive), and will request documents from buyer to check before signing the reservation. But after I paid them the deposit (60,500 CZK), the lawyer never shows up and I don't even know the lawyer's name. The agent (Gin Khan Khup) was the only one that I can contact. "Fluent English-Speaking Attorney" is included in my gold package, and I don't know why he needs to be "Fluent English-Speaking" if he doesn't speak to me at all. Also I never received any reservation contract from Czech Point 101, the only one I received was prepared by the seller's lawyer. Of course it was in Czech, although "Legal English Translation by State Recognized Legal Translator" is included in my gold package too. My property purchasing was terminated before I receive any reservation contract prepared by Czech Point 101, so the closing service can not continue. Considering they have not delivered the service as they promised, I requested them to fully refund me, and they refused. Nathan Brown (their director) said in email "We were already about 30% through the purchase process. Our attorney and Khuppi had already spent considerable time on the purchase. Because of this we agree to refunding 1/2 of the original payment.". They still want to eat my 30,250 CZK, by delivering such a poor service. Of course I don't agree with him either, and they just don't refund me at all. They have my money, what can I do? If you are considering Czech Point 101 and you see this review, you are lucky, since you can avoid them at the first place. Shockingly, they had to "repair" and clean the apartment and everything costed exactly as my deposit and the bill which they sent me was a big joke. No justification, not materials, no labor cost. Stay away from them, their agents have no interaction with you, you can barely reach them by e-mail (they dont reply by phone or just reject).
