Less than 7% of my bill wasn't covered by my insurance, and due to having my card reissued because of fraud from a different company, my visits were canceled. Despite having more than enough available funds on my card, only $45 of the $215 per visit (as outlined by my insurance) was covered after three visits. My card had the necessary funds, but this office uses Square for billing instead of a real bank, likely the reason for the payment refusal. A legitimate company should use a real card machine. It's absolutely crazy that a place claiming to help with mental health would deny service over a copay of less than 7%. I have the best insurance package available, covering 93% of the bill, yet this is the reason I can't continue service. They even had the audacity to lie and claim it was an issue with my insurance company. If you can't manage to work for $200 an hour instead of $215, you're a fucking scumbag. I make $19.50 an hour; you're a POS if you can't take a $15 loss until I get a new card issued. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH PEOPLE WHO CLAIM THEY WANT TO HELP WHEN ALL THEY CARE ABOUT IS MAKING $215 PER HOUR OFF YOUR PROBLEMS. Church is free and offers way more help and support than they ever can!

I had three people verify they heard her say she accepted his insurance and she still denied saying it. I paid out of pocket and we decided to do the next session as family counseling to put it under my insurance. The next session was one week later and she came out to get us and only took my son back. I asked her at the end if she was going to bill my insurance and she said she was. The next day I got a text message from her that she couldn't bill my insurance because it wasn't his policy. I told her I know that we had talked several times about this and she had no recollection. For Therepist to not remember anything from just a week prior and doesn't write anything down is very concerning to me. Just be aware she clearly doesn't take notes and she's not paying attention to you.
