I called Morgan Service to see if I could pay them to drive a few blocks over and help me and he offered to let me borrow one for a while and it worked like a charm. I brought it back and he was nice enough to check my work (I almost tightened the belts perfectly) and get the belts just right so they weren't whining. As long as I live around here, I will be bringing our cars to Tom. Highly recommend him as a human and the business as a whole.

When your Towmate person got there the representative left my daughter there without any assistance because she had things in her trunk. She does have things in her trunk. She's moving. Sorry that her moving coincided with her tire blowing. She had also been previously told that she just had to have things moved to the side. My daughter had just driven home 30 minutes from work in healthcare...sick. Actually sent home from work due to be ill. This kid was trying to get home to barf in her own bathroom while also trying to pack her apartment to move. She was crying, frustrated and scared. Shame on you for adding to her shitty day!
