I called Morgan Service to see if I could pay them to drive a few blocks over and help me and he offered to let me borrow one for a while and it worked like a charm. I brought it back and he was nice enough to check my work (I almost tightened the belts perfectly) and get the belts just right so they weren't whining. Then he slowly walked out of his car and did the job which takes about 30 seconds.
