On a night when we were desperate for a cork screw for our wine they nearly walked use down the street to the nearest store that had one. In a town with wonderful hospitality, these folks went above and beyond to become our daily stop for the ingredients to put together fantastic Italian dinners!

While on a tour of Ravello we stopped into this charming little olive oil shop. We like good olive…read moreoil and often stop by Eataly in San Jose to buy Italian olive oils. One I tend to buy often is Barbera. It's an organic oil that offers good bang for the buck. The gentleman that helped us was very friendly and knowledgable and we ended up tasting about 5 different olive oils, some on pieces of bread and some by themselves on a spoon. Everything we tasted was very good but we settled on a Sicilian olive oil and a bottle of Villa San Cosma balsamic. If you like good olive oil and balsamic like we do, this place will be like heaven for you.
