Update: August 2021 When the system works, I have no complaints. However, since we had our system installed in July 2018, the system has been down 8 different times for a total of over 60 days due to either the poor quality of the system components or because of poor craftsmanship (we'll never know which). Currently, our system has been down for over a week (red light on the inverter...I reset the system and it still won't work) and last Monday Solar Liberty told me that they would get back to me right away. On Wednesday I asked for an update and was told I would have an answer by Thursday morning. On Friday morning I emailed them again (this time very frustrated) and I haven't heard back from them and now won't hear anything until Monday, at least. There is a known Arc Fault problem in our system...Solar Liberty identified this as a problem in the past and told me that they will probably have to remove the panels and inspect the wiring in order to fix it. They just don't seem very willing to do this and make the system work properly. So, our $20,000 system is sitting there producing nothing during the middle of the summer (again). read more

We started the Solar Panel process back in September, 2017 after attending an informational session in our town. With choices of two businesses, we decided to go with Solar Liberty and we are glad we did. From the beginning of the process to the installation the process was flawless. The sales person that came to my house went through every detail and answered every question I had. He was a wealth of knowledge. The project manager got everything handled with the utility company, the state, and my local permitting office. She was extremely efficient. The installation crew and electricians far exceeded my expectations. They were extremely professional and hard working. I've have a 4 year old solar system installed by Solar Liberty, it works great. I have 45 Sun Power panels and an 11 kW solaredge inverter system. It allow monitoring of the performance of each panel and they all work great. During the first year I did experience an inverter failure. Solar Liberty was very responsive in resolving the issue and replacing the inverter. The electrical inspector has high regard for Solar Liberty because they do a high quality job and hake it easy to inspect. read more
