On January 12, 2026, Chelsea and her team completed window tinting on my 2026 Honda Odyssey, and the results are outstanding. They tinted all windows with 20% and applied clear film to the front windshield, including a 5% eyebrow. The work was done with great care, precision, and attention to detail, and my minivan looks absolutely fantastic. Chelsea and the two installers were professional, friendly, and clearly very experienced. They took the time to make sure everything was done correctly, and the final result exceeded my expectations. The vehicle looks sharp, clean, and the tint provides exactly the privacy and heat protection I was looking for. This was not my first experience with Integrity Window Tinting. I returned to them because they previously did an excellent job tinting my 2024 Kia Carnival EX, and once again, they delivered exceptional quality and service. After reading good reviews I decided to take my car here to get the windows tinted. It was around…read more$500 for ceramic tint on my Subaru sedan. When I went in they were nice and helped me pick what tint I would like. I had made an appointment so I don't know what time frame it would look like for a walk in. My boyfriend picked up the car when it was done and brought it home. When I checked out the tint it was bubbly on every single window. I called to follow up and ask they told me to give it a week to settle. Okay, I've had my car windows tinted before and I know when you can see dirt under the tint creating the bubble it won't settle. I gave it a week and called and they said they would take a look at it if I brought it in. I did they agreed they would redo the tint. They also threw in a free tint of my sun roof. The tint on the sun roof had a corner completely cut wrong so I pointed it out and the front desk woman ripped it off before I left. When I got it back still bubbles. I told them in that moment and they told me I needed to let it settle. I took it home and slept on it and the next day the first thing I did was take it back and ask them to look. A gentleman who I hadn't see before came out and agreed with me that the tint (the 2nd try) was done incorrectly. They redid it a third time. I will say the third time is better, but there is still dirt trapped under the tint. Honestly I wouldn't recommend this business to anyone. When doing my tint they removed pieces of the ceiling around the cabin light and when I got the car back I found random pieces of my car in the trunk. They also let the spray run down the windows onto the carpeting that is across the back behind the rear seats and it puddled and made a noticeable mess that they didn't clean which I felt was unprofessional. I had my car done February 25th 2025. A Subaru Legacy. I am not interested in returning to the business as I already had to return and have work redone three times. This is the correct shop located at 3522 337 Loop behind the McCoys. I appreciate you saying you'd like to make it right but I had already tried to let you do it right three times.

I compared the product they use (Johnson, suntek, XPEL, etc.) and I found this small shop to provide the best value beating the competitors pricing and quality. They did my Tint job on short notice and I was in and out in less than 3 hours, they have a waiting area, and Luis is great. He also came into the waiting area and checked on us to make sure we are okay. I'm leaving this review so other people don't make the same mistake I did…read more I posted my original review in my neighborhood Facebook group with over 3,100 residents and I have already found multiple neighbors dealing with the same nightmare from this shop. That alone should tell you everything. I came here because I was told they could deliver the sound system I wanted. Instead, I paid $3,300 and ended up with a system that was installed incorrectly, misdiagnosed repeatedly, dragged out for nearly a month, and now I'm being told I need to pay even more money to fix problems they created. My car was at their shop for 3 days, and even after that, I had to return my vehicle multiple times because the issues were never actually fixed. The biggest issue is they never properly diagnosed my vehicle before selling me parts and starting the install. There was no clear estimate, no professional diagnostic process, and no transparency. They just started selling parts and guessing, and that guessing cost me thousands. Here's what went wrong. They ordered and installed the wrong speakers. They installed expensive speakers but did not properly power them. I came in wanting a new amplifier, and instead they pushed me into a head unit I did not want. The head unit they installed underpowers my speakers because it only powers 4 speakers. My subwoofer now overpowers the entire system, so the balance is completely wrong. I was told false information, including being told my tailgate speakers were "blown," when the real issue was how the system was wired. I later found out the speakers were wired directly to the head unit, which is something I had to research myself after trusting the professionals. I now have fewer speakers and tweeters than I originally had. After all of this, my tailgate lights are now not working, so now I'm dealing with audio issues and electrical issues after spending $3,300. Instead of owning the mistakes and fixing them, I'm being sent another quote and told to spend more money. I have all conversations recorded and all texts saved. Next week, my vehicle is being diagnosed by another shop so everything can be professionally inspected and documented. I'm also meeting up with my neighbors who have dealt with the same situation. We are going over their stories and proof as well to build my case even further. Once I have all the documentation and information needed, this will be taken through the legal system and handled accordingly. Sad that I even have to take it this far, but I'm not letting this happen to me or anyone else without accountability. If you're considering coming here, don't. If your vehicle needs diagnosing, expect them to start selling you parts first and "figure it out" as they go. And when it's wrong, you'll be the one paying for it. One of the worst service experiences I've ever had, especially for a $3,300 job.
